Categories

Cleanliness
1
Generally reported as clean in multiple reviews ("lieu très propre", "La propreté", "Propreté salle de bain et draps"), but some strong negative mentions ("Très mauvaises odeurs", joints abîmés provoquant inondation) reduce the score to slightly positive overall.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful ("personnel très sympathique", "personnel à l’écoute", "Accueil"); some operational limits noted (reception only morning/evening) but overall service sentiment is clearly positive.
Location
1
Location praised for convenience and proximity to roads and shops ("situation", "proche commerces", "cerca de la autopista"), but frequent complaints about road noise from nearby major road/autoroute temper the rating to slightly positive.
Room Quality
1
Mixed signals: comfortable beds noted several times ("lit très confortable", "bonne literie") but recurrent issues with small bathrooms/showers, some old mattress impressions and cramped layouts lead to an overall slightly negative room quality.
Amenities
1
Amenities include private parking (positive) and free Wi‑Fi, but notable gaps: no bike storage, small breakfast room, missing hairdryer reported, and surprise charges for breakfast for some guests—resulting in a mild negative score.
Value for Money
1
Several guests explicitly complained about price versus experience ("Un peu trop cher", "Nul", "Déception"); issues like small rooms, limited amenities and occasional bad smells contributed to a distinctly negative value perception.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as good/varied/copious ("petit déjeuner au top", "Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié", "Breakfast is good"), though some critiques about limited fruit choice, basic offerings and unexpected charges reduce the enthusiasm slightly.
Overall Experience
1
Overall impression is mixed: many guests report pleasant, comfortable short stays and helpful staff, while others report significant negatives (noise, smells, cramped facilities, pricing). Net sentiment tilts slightly negative when balancing all comments.
