Con incidentes pero…

Hotel nuevo.

Cons:

La ventana de la habitación estaba completamente bloqueada. Solicité que la desbloquearan (ya que solo requería retirar un tornillo), y tengo fobia a las habitaciones cerradas, pero el personal se negó argumentando que los jóvenes saltaban entre balcones. Me argumentaron que había muchos hoteles que ya no se abren las ventanas. Y mi respuesta fue que aunque nada más sea por ventilación las ventanas se deberían abrir. Aunque algunos hoteles tienen ventanas fijas, suelen contar con un sistema de doble flujo, dudo que este lo tuviera.

Habitación cómoda, colchón y almohadas muy bien.El hotel es bastante nuevo y la habitación está bien equipada, la ducha es amplia y cómoda

Cons:

No tenía balcón y no se podía abrir las ventanas.

El café de la cafetería no me pareció bueno

La limpieza excelente

Cons:

La comida un desastre no habia variedad fría y de mala calidad terminamos con dolor de estómago tanto mi marido como yo
El hotel esta en una zona de deportes y la verdad había evento mucho ruido lo que podría haber sido muy relajante estar en una piscina fue imposible
En las habitaciones también llegaba el ruido

Pros:

La verdad que era un Hotel bastante nuevo me gustó bastante el buffet súper bien y variado.
La habitación muy bien.
Tienes el pueblo al lado que puedes ir andando perfectamente y en coche tienes Benidorm Altea Calpe bastante cerca.

Cons:

Por decir, algo aunque lo mismo ya al bajar un poco, la temporada tienen menos personal, pero por decir algo.

Buen personal, buenas instalaciones, pésima gestión.
Pros:

El esfuerzo del personal por intentar dar un servicio que era imposible con tan poco personal.

Cons:

El domingo ni pasaron a limpiar la habitación, ni hacer camas, ni limpiar baño. El buffet cambió del sábado al domingo, redujo la variedad y la calidad a menos de la mitad. Las ventanas atornilladas para que no se puedan abrir y por tanto no puedes ventilar.

Un poco el error de habitación 1112 pero me la cambiaron por 1111 era para dos noches y la segunda tuve problemas pero en recepción me lo arreglaron rápidamente

Boravak je bio sasvim ugodan, ima nekih nedostataka ali to je zanemarivo.

Doručak dobar, trebalo bi u doručak svakako uvrstiti salatu ( paprika, paradajz, krastavci i slično ).

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo što smo morali naglasiti da nam se donesu čisti ručnici, toaletni papir i da nam se očisti soba i promjeni krevetnina. Trebalo bi na tome poraditi, posebno da se svaki dan usisa soba i kupatilo te da se svaki dan bilo koga ili nikoga u sobi donesu čisti ručnici, može se staviti i više ručnika a ne samo onoliko koliko gostiju u sobi ima, jer ručnika nikad dosta.
