Had a good time staying at this property
Pros:

Property is neat & clean and equipped with all basic amenities to make your stay smooth and comfortable. Location is also very good, close to Taksim square and easily accessible on foot or by car etc. One can take Havaist from Istanbul airport up to Taksim and then just walk to the property or take taxi if there's some luggage. Owner is very friendly and cooperative. In terms of pricing as well it's very good.

Bed was ok-ish

Turned up to White Lotus Suites which we had booked, only to get there and the code to get in didn't work, messaging them they told me we were in a different building which on Google maps was called Do Not Disturb Hotel a few mins walk further down the road and round the corner (with only 1 review on Google)
Up some tight spiral staircase to our room. Door frame was loose and wobbly. In the room was a sink and cupboards, which had broken handles, dirty and rubbish left in them still.
Main room had a bed, which was ok-ish, small table and 2 chairs, a lamp and an open style wardrobe of sorts. The 'curtains' let tonnes of light in and were 3 different types and sizes of them just about covering the moldy windows.
There was a dangerous small step between the room and kitchenette which had sharp edges on
Bathroom- your knees touch the wall when sat down on the toilet, the seat was loose and was given half a roll at most of toilet paper. There was water on the floor still and hairs in the shower cubicle and mold in corners.
Neighbourhood has the potential to be unsafe.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.
I especially appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed me to extend my stay for an extra day at a very reasonable price.
The room was comfortable and everything was well organized.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Dirty, you see mount of thrash when open the window, what is a health hazard, stairs are very stretchy, and there is not railing making it dangerous, and create a hazard, neighborhood doesn’t look too safe to walk outside, bathroom was dirty and stinking, after complaint and argue with the person “in charge” and agree that I get a refund we made another reservation! I contacted booking for my refund at first they agree, but then next day I had an email that denied the cancellation, soon I have a chance I’ll contact my bank to recoup my funds.

Era en un 4 piso con unas escaleras supremamente estrechas y empinadas, unas personas alojadas en el segundo piso toda al noche realizaban un ruido increíble y teníamos las habitaciones sucias debajo de todas las camas, en las noche se entraban ratones pequeños
