The Hotel is Awesome! I highly appreciate the Service received from Aabdul Illah! He was very supportive, guided us traveling around the City, suggested places, hotels. He also arranged us Guide to visit Chefchaouen city tour, even arranged Taxi in the odd hours!

Pros:

Supertolles sauberes Hotel, super Service. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkoche für Kaffee oder Tee, was dort inklusive Wasser bereitsteht. Danke für den Aufenthalt bis nächstes Jahr


Fantastic, clean hotel with excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a great variety of choices. The rooms have a refrigerator and a kettle for making coffee or tea, with complimentary water provided.

Excelente experiencia

Una estancia realmente agradable. La habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y de gran calidad, cuidada hasta el último detalle. Todo estaba muy limpio y la comodidad fue excelente.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. El trato recibido hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más especial.

Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Una experiencia excepcional en Chefchaouen. Desde el primer minuto, la calidez y la atención hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera verdaderamente inolvidable. Las instalaciones son impecables, modernas, muy confortables y cuidadas al detalle, combinando a la perfección el encanto local con los más altos estándares de comodidad.

Quiero destacar de manera muy especial el trabajo de Houssam y Abdeslam. Su profesionalismo, amabilidad y predisposición constante marcaron la diferencia en todo momento. Siempre atentos a cada necesidad, con una sonrisa sincera y recomendaciones excelentes que sumaron muchísimo a nuestro viaje. Es un verdadero placer encontrarse con un equipo humano tan dedicado y hospitalario.

La ubicación es ideal para descansar tranquilos y a la vez llegar fácilmente a pie a la Medina. Sin dudas, un lugar para recomendar y al cual volver siempre. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo!
