Tout était parfait ! Le lieu est magnifique, les gens sont adorables et la nourriture est excellente. Même les amuse-bouches servis à notre arrivée étaient succulents !

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du fort, mais reste très facilement accessible en tuk-tuk. L’accès à la plage permet également de profiter d’un magnifique coucher de soleil.

Eine wunderschöne Oase mitten im Trubel der lauten Stadt! Die Villa besteht aus nur zwei Suiten, beide mit direktem Zugang zu einem eigenen Pool – dadurch fühlt sich der Aufenthalt unglaublich persönlich, individuell und exklusiv an.

Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft schön und ausgesprochen gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit: Es war mit Abstand das sauberste Hotel auf unserer gesamten Reise. Dazu kommt der wunderschöne Blick direkt aufs Meer und ein tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenlässt.

Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wird mit einem Lächeln erfüllt – Gastfreundschaft wird hier wirklich ganz großgeschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Chaminda. Er hat sich unglaublich viel Zeit für uns genommen, sich mit uns unterhalten und war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Durch seine herzliche und persönliche Art hat er unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die Massage direkt unter den Palmen – einfach traumhaft und eine wunderschöne Erfahrung!

Auch der Manager macht einen tollen Job und sorgt gemeinsam mit seinem Team dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlfühlt.

Eine kleine Geste am Tag unserer Abreise hat uns besonders berührt: Wir wollten unbedingt noch eine Ananas kaufen, hatten aber kein einheimisches Geld mehr. Daraufhin hat uns der Manager kurzerhand eine Ananas geschenkt. Eine so herzliche und großzügige Geste, die perfekt zu diesem besonderen Ort passt.

Wir haben uns hier unglaublich wohlgefühlt und werden diesen wunderschönen Ort mit seinen tollen Menschen in allerbester Erinnerung behalten.

A relaxing place for a perfect stay!
The room had all the facilities equipped with a spacious bathroom. The plunge pool attached to the room was the best part!
Mr Nalin welcomed us and Mr Adeesha helped us with all our needs.
Chef Anupa made us the best dinner ever!
And also the masseuse Renuka gave us complimentary massages that were professional and relaxing. All together this was a luxurious stay!

Our stay at Oruva Beachside Villa was truly memorable. The villa offers beautiful ocean views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a lovely private pool that made our stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the beautifully arranged candlelight dinner by the beach, it was a wonderful experience and created lasting memories.

The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Udesh for being so helpful and ensuring everything went smoothly. We also want to thank the manager, Saman, for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, which made us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived.

If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront escape with excellent service, great food, and unforgettable experiences, Oruva Beachside Villa is the perfect choice. We would definitely love to come back.

Staff gentilissimo, Udesh e Adeesh hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Camera spaziosa, pulizia impeccabile e curata nei minimi dettagli. La vista sulla piscina privata dal letto è eccezionale. Il rumore delle onde di notte è rilassante. Colazione ottima e abbondante preparata appositamente per noi dallo chef. Anche la cena è stata deliziosa. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. Qualità prezzo eccellente.

The view, the villa, and the private pool were all fantastic. Everything was well maintained, and we had a wonderful stay.

The property is even better than described!
Room was very well furnished and the bathroom was comparable to 5 star hotels.
Service was excellent.
Breakfast was superb and they customized to our needs.
Beach is right outside and the sand was soft too.

The property was absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views and a serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to excellent hospitality. Located just 8 km from Galle Fort and right by the sea, it’s the perfect destination for a peaceful family getaway.

The in-room plunge pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing and relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delightful, with a great selection and wonderful flavors.

A special thank you to Chaminda, Udesh, and Adeesha for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa manager was also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It’s a very thoughtful and coozy place. Saman gave us a feeling that made us feel like home. He’s very thoughtful and has rich experience in the industry. Chaminda was very witty, the atmosphere was always pleasant and relaxed when he’s around. When we arrived Renuka made a perfect massage for me, totally get away the tiredness during the way there. Last but not least, definitely need to thanks the chef Pasindu, he cooked the best meal I had in Sri Lanka.

This place is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. All the staff was very welcoming and made our stay so special. The room, the food, the view, the massage… Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The privacy, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made the stay truly enjoyable. The staff and manager, Saman, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We visited for a birthday stay, and they even prepared a cake for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. The property also has convenient access to the main road and is located close to Galle Fort, making it easy to get around.

Staff extremely accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and we also experienced the Sri Lankan New Year with more traditional food and the boiling of the milk! Much appreciated!
