I originally booked a different hotel i switch hotels yo hard rock ( happy with my decision) I arrived early hours and the night staff for me went over beyond and would like to give them the credit they deserve receptionist Ayaz and the night manager Cindu

Great location and facilities. The pools are amazing and the gym and sauna. Lobby, bars and restaurants are great. Room service is great too.
Great location but lots of construction noise going inside the hotel and outside. Customer service is not great. Everyone seem to be working and busy but not doing anything.
A beautiful, newly opened hotel with impressive facilities, several swimming pools and a great choice of restaurants. Everything was spotless, the view from my room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The gym deserves a special mention: it is genuinely the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. I also particularly enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant.
Unfortunately, serious issues with the room and disappointing service overshadowed my stay.
After I used and completely drained the whirlpool bathtub, its jets kept switching on by themselves approximately every 20 minutes, making an extremely loud noise that repeatedly startled me. At 2:30 a.m., I had to call reception. A technician came to my room and had to use tools to access and disconnect the wiring to stop it. Afterwards, a strong sewage smell came from the bathtub and filled the room for the rest of the night, leaving me unable to sleep.
When I reported this to reception the following morning, nobody apologised or showed any empathy for the disturbed night. This lack of care was particularly disappointing and was why I moved to the Hilton Malta, where, despite the property being older, the service has been excellent.
Breakfast service was also disappointing. I requested a filter coffee, waited 20 minutes and reminded the waiter three times, but it never arrived. When I said I was leaving, the response was essentially, “Never mind, next time,” rather than an apology.
I appreciate that the hotel has only recently opened, but these issues—and especially the way they were handled—are not acceptable for a hotel carrying the Hard Rock brand.
My partner and I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel twice during our stay, and we were really impressed by the wonderful variety of options available. From sushi to Prosecco and the egg bar, there was something for everyone, and we certainly made the most of it!
The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the service. While the breakfast selection was excellent, the service didn't quite match the same standard. On a few occasions, I had to ask more than once for simple things such as coffee, a spoon or a napkin. However, I appreciate that the hotel has only recently opened, and the team may still be finding its feet, particularly during busy breakfast periods.
That said, this didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. We really loved the breakfast experience, so much so that I made sure we had breakfast at the hotel again on the morning of our departure.
We couldn't figure out how to control the bathroom lighting separately from the rest of the room. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions on how to operate the lights or consider installing separate switches for the bathroom and bedroom, particularly for guests who need to use the bathroom during the night without disturbing their partner.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptionally tasty and varied. The spa center and pools are very clean and pleasant to use.
Het totaal plaatje, alles was top, de bars, het zwembad, het personeel, de vele restaurants,... top top top!
De kamer was magnifiek, zeer groot, heel veel ruimte, groot balkon, zeer grote mooie propere badkamer, douche super groot. Toilet mooi afgescheiden met een glazen deur van de rest van de badkamer.

Le lit pas très confortable donc tous les matins réveil avec mal de dos et la qualité du petit déjeuner … pas bon du tout!
