Keurig hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven

Mooie grote kamer en nette badkamer, heerlijke bedden airco werkte goed, vriendelijk personeel. fijn hotel om te overnachten als je de niagara falls wilt bezoeken met 40 minuten ben je er. Er is voldoende parkeer gelegenheid en een grote Top super markt aan de overkant

Cons:

Het ontbijt op papieren bordjes plastick bestek, een bejaarde meneer die het ontbijt moest verzorgen deed zijn best maar kwam je na 9,30 dan had hij er niet zo veel zin meer in. Al het beleg bij het ontbijt is zoet geen kaas of vleeswaren.
Wat ik echt slecht vond dat wij hier 3 nachten verbleven en de kamer nooit is schoon gemaakt we hebben dit aangegeven en zelf maar om schone handdoeken gevraagd en op gehaald.

Only stayed to sleep, smelly, dirty, cost was high, wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. We only stayed to sleep and weren't there during the day. The room location was good, ground level and at the end of the hall, so with a baby, we didn't want to move rooms and bother others.

Cons:

I booked this because it had a pool, did not know until I got there that the pool was under construction and not open. The room smelled bad (musky) and there was some small amounts of blood splatter on the wall near the door (inside the room).

The ambiance was very nice in this quiet, moderately priced hotel which has an excellent location.
Pros:

The staff was very congenial and helpful.
Our room was located on the ground floor as was desired due to mobility issues and the room was perfect for our needs.The hotel was very quiet and relaxing.
The hotel location was awesome! We are originally from the Western NY area and needed a central location in the Buffalo area with easy access to I-90 to travel to various destinations to visit friends & family.

Cons:

1-2 firmer bed pillows in addition to the very soft pillows would be nice.
Make sure the guests are aware that black-out curtains are present on a ceiling track behind the sheer and side drape panels to block the parking lot lights and to provide more privacy.

As expected for a hotel
Pros:

Easy access and great location. The outdoor seating area with the fire was very nice also

Cons:

The pool looked kind of gross, the coffee maker in our room didn’t work, no radio/alarm clock, some of the staff were rude during breakfast time. And please upgrade to smart tvs! Overall these things were not a big deal tho
