The managers and front desk staff were helpful. Specifically Brian Washington, the general manager was very understanding and helpful.

Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Old dirty sheets on bed when I arrived. When I asked for a replacement set, they were the same or worse. Even the mattress cover was dirty. In the morning I asked housecleaning to reclean my room, emphasizing my desire for relatively new, clean sheets. Packed all my stuff in back into my car so housecleaning could retry. When I returned, I noticed that my sheets were new, as in fresh out of the package and still creased new. When I brought this to the general managers attention, I brought him through the room and pointed out all the other things: coffee stains on the walls, unvacuumed living room, dirty counters; all things I would normally ignore except, once you see something as essential as sheets being dirty, the rest just start popping out. I only stayed 2/4 nights of my stay and found other accommodations.

Everything was pretty good.
Pros:

It was convenient to what we were in Buffalo for. It was in between the funeral home and church for the funeral.

Pros:

the staff was friendly and helpful .Breakfast was good with plenty of options .the decor was beautiful and well kept and clean. we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to any one looking for a place to stay in that area

Cons:

nothing ! everyone & everything was just perfect and the kind of service you expect from high priced hotels . I would not change a thing!

The location was nice the staff was nice the room was nice but it should have been cleaner

Cons:

The room wasnt as clean as it should have been, we brought an Xbox to make the tv a smart tv and the staff couldn't help us set it up. During breakfast they were very strange about eating honestly it was like they didn't want you to have much. It was a little expensive for what we got

Disgusting - AVOID.
Pros:

Unfortunately was booked to stay here for work. Absolutely disgusting hotel, run down and SMELLS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It’s musty, and not maintained. The furniture is all scratched up and dirty. The vents for ac and the shower are filthy. The bedding was worn out and torn up. Could no pay me any amount of money to stay here. It’s absolutely disgusting and hard to breathe. Run from this hotel, it’s a nightmare. The customer service was nice at least to try and swap rooms, but this whole hotel should be condemned it’s terrible.
