Pros:

De tudo, levamos um grupo de 24 pessoas, começando pela recepção, foi tudo bem organizado, pessoa super preparado. O Café da manhã; maravilhoso. Os quartos, confortáveis, com um ótimo espaço e conforto, limpeza impecável. Localização muito boa, no centro de Montevideo, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. Sem falar no custo beneficio. Superou a nossa expectativa. Ficamos de 17 a 22/07/26.

Superb hotel. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Very spacious room and functional bathroom.
The staff are friendly and very helpful with good advice on things to do, areas to visit/avoid, and local transport.
Great location, only half a mile east of Plaza Independencia.
The breakfast was pretty good too!

Cons:

Thin walls: sometimes, I could hear other guests in their rooms, including their conversations or even their toilets.

Also some minor difficulty with electrical outlets: the sockets held plugs loosely, so the slightest touch would disconnect things plugged in (e.g., lamps, charging phones). Maybe that was just in my room though...,

De tudo. Tinha encardidas, banca do vô sanitário menor que o voo, sujo o quarto, pra não dizer imundo! Elevador precário, ficamos presas, funcionários extremamente mal-humorados, café da manhã precário, e o que tinha estava frio! Precisamos trocar de hotel.

Excelente escolha em Montevidèu
Pros:

Café da manhã básico, mas que atende perfeitamente as necessidades. Equipe muito atenciosa. Quarto grande e com camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e com água do chuveiro pelando, como gosto. Hotel muito bem conservado. Perto de diversos pontos turíticos, bons restaurantes, lojas, mercado.

Cons:

Talvez um pouco mais de diversidade no café da manhã.

O cuidado com a manutenção pode melhorar. O hotel considera normal coisas que achamos ruins.
Pros:

Tivemos um problema no quarto em que a fechadura quebrou e minha filha focou presa. Prontamente o pessoal da manutenção ao não conseguir abrir arrombou a porta e nos disponibilizou outro quarto. Foram muito atenciosos.

Cons:

A porta do elevador fazia um barulho enorme ao abrir e fechar. Eles já se acostumaram com isso e consideram normal, então não consertam. Em algum momento o elevador vai quebrar por isso, parece que estão esperando este momento.

A localização é muito boa, com fácil acesso a avenida principal.

Cons:

Ar-condicionado muito barulhento, atrapalhou muito o sono. Além disso, o banheiro molha inteiro quando liga o chuveiro, pois o box não veda.
