really small rooms, but it works for a few days
明洞駅から近いです。繁華街の路地裏(少し坂道)にあるので、タクシーでホテル前まで乗り入れることは出来ませんのでご注意ください。
必要最低限の設備があるので、困ることはありません。清潔感あります。寝泊まりだけなら充分なホテルです。
As other reviews, there was mold on the wall but we stayed for only 2 nights to it isn’t too bad. Very hard to find because all we could find was “ziyolk hotel” but we booked for k-pop residence. I think they rebranded or something. Also it’s location is through an alley so not obvious.
The room was also very tiny.
The location was excellent and service was good. I would rebook it only for the location, extremely convenient.
There are every equipment that I need.
Location is good, but lift was out due to construction, add the noise from construction and walking up 2 flights of stairs each time is not the best.

シャワールームのドアに隙間があり水が部屋に漏れ出てきます。 便利でお安いホテルで気に入ってるので何度も利用していますが、水漏れの問題だけなんとか改善お願いしたいです。
立地もよく明洞での買い物には適していると思う！

下水の匂いが酷くて眠れませんでした。
部屋あるシャワー室から水漏れがひどい。
I had a goodtime at K-POP Residence.
カードキーを挿しても部屋の電気が付かなかった。帰宿のたびにフロントに報告して対処して貰ったが、復旧作業するのに毎回従業員が部屋に入ってくるので全然休まらなかった。
立地はとても良かった。日本語も通じた。また、部屋は非常に狭く、人数分のスーツケースを広げると足の踏み場がなくなるような感じだった。
バスルームにはトイレ、シャワー、洗面台があるが、バスタブやカーテンはないため、シャワーを浴びると全てがびしょびしょになる。
3rd time coming back
WiFiが繋がらなかったのとコンセントが全然なくて何かを犠牲にして使わないといけませんでした、、、
가성비가 좋은 숙소였습니다.
찾기 쉬웠고 명동 한가운데라서 주변 구경하기도 좋았습니다. 다만 바로옆에 건물을 짓고있어 아침일찍 잠을깼네요.
다짓고나면 소음은 없겠죠.ㅎ
The electric sockets were almost non existent and near the ceiling! Old school key locks that I don’t think is safe anyone can copy keys! And the bank beds were very tiny I felt I was in a kids room! But apart from that it was right in the center and it was close enough to walk to the main sites!
今回で2度目の利用です。明洞駅近くで、動きやすくコスパはよいです。
Very convenient location. Really basic and small room. Toilet gets wet during shower. Extremely noisy - construction site nearby, I'm being waken up 7am every morning by loud construction noises.
