The cleanliness and the ambience of room was good.
I reached Mumbai on the 13th August and came direct to the hotel . I inquired about the rooms available and I was answered in negative at the counter and their behaviour was not good. I came out of the hotel and booked the room through booking.com. I went back to the hotel and I was told the room is booked in your name. Previously they told me even if I booked the room through booking.com, we will cancel the booking because we have no empty room.
I stayed there from 10th August to 13 August. On 13 August while having breakfast I ordered a simple parantha for me and my spouse. As soon as my spouse ate the parantha she began to vomit. I then took my parantha and could smell the foul smell from my parantha. I immediately informed that the dough must not have been fresh.
The service was very good and professional.

The services rendered by Babbly, Ritika, and Komal were superb.
During my stay, It was disheatening to see that the front desk team was standing for their entire shift without any seating options. Staff well-being directly impacts guest experience, and seeing employees treated this way makes it hard to believe guest comfort is a genuine priority. How can guests expect exceptional care when management doesn't extend basic consideration to its own team?
