The services rendered by Babbly, Ritika, and Komal were superb.
During my stay, It was disheatening to see that the front desk team was standing for their entire shift without any seating options. Staff well-being directly impacts guest experience, and seeing employees treated this way makes it hard to believe guest comfort is a genuine priority. How can guests expect exceptional care when management doesn't extend basic consideration to its own team?

My experience with Ginger was good overall. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was quick. I would especially like to thank the entire hotel team for their exceptional care and hospitality.
During my stay, I suddenly fell ill and was unable to attend part of my training. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They arranged breakfast and coffee in my room and were always ready to help with a smile.
A special thanks to Anushree and Gudiya at the reception for being so warm, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their kindness made me feel at home.
My heartfelt gratitude to Ratnakar Ji, who personally accompanied me to the doctor and made sure I received proper medical attention. His support and care meant a lot to me.
I would also like to thank the Hotel Manager, whose caring and helpful nature truly reflected the spirit of excellent hospitality.
