It was affordable and location was beautiful
Pros:

Location was perfect
Room was clean
Breakfast was nice
Bed were comfortable
Pay for ocean view if you can. We didn't this time, but would if we ever go again.

Cons:

The pool looked a little green.Didnt stop us from swimming. Only food offering for purchase was fried for lunch/dinner
Rooms are very basic. Even my 9yo said there was too much empty space in the room.
Television was too grainy to watch. We like to wind down at night and watch movies. We ended up having to watch on my phone.
The toilet barely flushed.
Likely set my expectations too high. All in all it was fine. For the price, I would stay again. I only list the above so you can be prepared.

The location is great and the restaurant on property was decent. The breakfast was good.

A decent place with an incredible view.
Pros:

The view is spectacular, you can hear the waves on the shore as you fall asleep.

Cons:

Kind of a strange, desolate experience. Cameras absolutely everywhere, blackout curtains on the bathroom windows, satellite tv looked like it was being beamed in from another continent. Really small touches could have really leveled up the experience — a shelf in the shower for anything, a hook to hang a towel on in the bathroom, a couple bottles of water in the room, even for a fee! Just kind of felt like someone bought it, but in new showers and floors and walked away.

Conveniently located to visit Plymouth.
Pros:

Our room at Pilgrim Sands was spacious and had a balcony facing the ocean. As a senior citizen with mobility issues I appreciate the walk in shower too.

Cons:

The facility does not have an elevator.

Clean Rooms
Pros:

The rooms were remodeled and clean.. very nice

Cons:

No elevator to get luggage up to 2 nd floor. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location was beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable & clean.

Cons:

The live music at the bar on Friday/Saturday night was extremely loud. I wasn’t aware this was happening until we arrived. Thankfully, it ended around 10pm. I can see that deterring some guests.
