Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Wasser in der Dusche ließ sich schlecht regulieren.

De service en klantvriendelijkheid!
Hele week geen wifi; zou gerepareerd worden. Een andere receptioniste zei dat de router kapot was. En in andere recensies lees ik dat het al veel langer gaande is.
De vieze bevlekte vloerbedekking wordt niet schoongemaakt, kapotte lamp (is vervangen), airco slaat steeds uit.
We hadden 2 kamers geboekt; 1 kamer had alleen heet water uit de douche. Echt veel te heet om onder te douchen. Laat staan dat je gebruik kon maken van het bad.
Eerst werd beloofd dat het verholpen zou worden, de dame aan de receptie zei later dat er geen melding stond en niemand geweest was. Dagen later konden we een andere kamer krijgen. Daar hebben we voor bedankt.

Claims to be the finest luxury hotel in West London....I'm sorry but not even close.
Damage along the walls, no information in the rooms, no menus etc the little things that make a hotel luxury...

Room was just a room nothing outstanding about it despite being reassured the double bed was a double and not two singles pushed together, it was two singles pushed together which was uncomfortable if we slept in the middle.

Hot food was poor first day but decent on the last two days but nothing too special.

Overall it over sold itself and lacks attention to guest details and thinks a few nice lamps and pictures makes it luxury.

WiFi wasn’t working and we weren’t notified until we asked and weren’t offered an alternative even though there must have been internet in the property - signal wasn’t great which made it difficult to access the internet when in the room. Free WiFi is one of the main advertised features so this was disappointing.

Was advertised as ‘city view’ but the view in our room was of a brick wall.

Receptionist was very short and when I was looking for parking spot unhelpful.
Also when we checked in she seen to another couple despite knowing we were waiting.

I had pre-booked parking 6 months prior to my trip, due to the hotel messaging me saying they had limited parking. Turned up at the hotel to find parking hadn’t been allocated and was told to leave my car next to the wall/bins, and was still charge full value for parking and no apology.

Once we had checked in and gone up to our room, our room was not clean, a cream carpet which was covered in stains/marks and looked filthy. There was a big hole in the middle of the window cill. The curtain was hanging off the pole, the walls were filthy, there were holes/plaster falling off the walls in places.
There was hair in the bed under the sheet. I phoned down to reception and asked for the managed to come up, she assured me the room was not filthy and that the room was clean, she took photos of the hair in the bed. After this the manager moved us to another room on the same floor just a few doors down from our original room. The new room was a bit cleaner and had less marks, but there was hair under the sheet, on the mattress topper in the same place as the last bed, the only thing I could think of was, was it maybe the maids hair.

Other than this the hotel was in a great location for what we needed
