Good but could be excellent.
Pros:

Close to tube and staff are polite

Cons:

The lightening in the room isn’t very good. The main light was poor. There is no plug sockets next to your bed for your mobile.

Perfect location, comfy beds and lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff especially Josh on reception

Cons:

The carpets are well past their best and badly need replacing as they are so stained and look very grubby even though they are obviously hoovered.

Lovely reception staff and perfectly located. Comfortable beds. Clean.
Pros:

The reception staff and breakfast staff were very professional and friendly. The general manager was also very welcoming. They went above and beyond. Very happy with our stay.

Pros:

The room was spacious and great for what we needed staying over for an event at wembley. Parking was convenient and felt safe leaving car there. Check in was easy and staff were helpful.

Cons:

The room felt slightly dated but for the time spent wasnt an issue and still had everything we needed.

Comfortable and Great location but no WiFi in rooms.
Pros:

Location, comfortable room, good a/c

Cons:

No WiFi in rooms plus no quiet spaces in the reception and bar areas. It was impossible to make a WiFi call or to work. For me, as an international traveler, this is a deal breaker and although I love this hotel and have been a frequent visitor, I will not stay here again.

A haven of tranquility in London.
Pros:

Very quiet location, convenient for both busrs and underground.
Excellent breakfast.
Effective wuiet air confitioning: we were there when Kew hit 38.1 degrees but wete very comfortable.
Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Only quibble was some vague wording on the dinner menu. Also music in restaurant was rather loud in the evening.It was however judt right at breakfast.

The hotel was ok but stayed in nicer for cheaper
Pros:

It was clean, restaurant was nice with good breakfast. Nice clean towels in bathroom.
Oriental lady our server at breakfast was nice and pleasant.

Cons:

The staff were efficient on reception but not really that friendly. Didn’t seem to smile a lot. The furniture in room was a bit shabby for the price paid for hotel.

Could’ve been a lot better
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location.
Staff were friendly
Air conditioning was excellent.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn’t working which was really disappointing as the signal was very poor in the room.

Booked a double room but it was two twin beds put together, the mattresses were uneven and the bed wasn’t very comfortable because of this.

Curtain was broken causing a lot of light coming in early hours of the morning.

The water temperature was hot and cold, one second it was hot then next cold.

The drainage also wasn’t working causing the shower to overflow out onto the floor. Contacted reception and the lady said there was nothing they could do about it as it was an ongoing issue.
Because it was a heatwave I wasn’t happy to stay in a room without a functioning shower. I then requested a room change as no other solution was offered to resolve it. Fortunately they had a room available on the same floor and we were moved efficiently.
