It was an ok stay, nothing special and fairly average. Very loud party of German men when we arrived in the bar which was a bit off putting. Room was ok. Very stained carpet, bed was two singles together but wasn’t uncomfortable. Breakfast standard. No WiFi at all which was frustrating. Good location for tube.
The very stained carpet and it didn’t feel safe, the lift could be accessible to anyone who walked in

Rang bell twice at reception on arrival but had to go into bar area to speak to another member of staff before being dealt with.
Hotel was right in the centre of Ealing, the staff were very lovely and let us check in two hours earlier. The room was clean, and hairdryer and other facilities included including air conditioning, heating and tea setup. Overall very satisfied with our experience, and great value for the price.
The shampoo wasn’t very nice but that is a real nitpick, everything was great.

Old carpet, burn, bleach stains.
Old furniture, not sure whether it was all a little dirty or just really old and difficult to clean.
Bed cheap, furnishings very cheap, bedding was awful.
No idea why they believe they can charge hundreds of pounds for that room. Truly awful!
We booked the hotel as it was a good price for an event weekend. The staff were lovely, check in and out were quick and easy. Breakfast was solid, nothing special. You can choose between a full English or Continental. The overall cleanliness was good, we did have a massive stain on the carpet but it was underneath the table so not that big of a deal. There were a few imperfections on the sheets but also nothing crazy. Probably due to age and usage.
The overall noise was okay, as you’d expect in a hotel. However our AC unit had this really annoying ticking sound so we had to turn it off during the night as we couldn’t sleep with it ticking all night.

I moved rooms. Both rooms 301 and 306 had carpets covered in tea/coffee stains, chipped furniture and cracked windowsills. Room 306 had torn net curtains and a bedside phone which doesn't work. Worst of all was the noise from their cocktail bar below my room - even with the windows closed it kept me awake until 2am!.Why do this to your guests?
This is not a 4 star hotel. It's getting distressed and no one seems to care. I looked forward to staying here, I won't stay again.

Poor service on arrival with pre-booked parking.
The car park was overbooked . Advised where to park and was phoned whilst in bed to move car for other visitors to get out.
Was quoted by reservation dept which was double to website price.

Location is excellent.
Needs more maintenance, cant say the value paid matches the quality of the stay. Its not bad, it’s just that there is better. Wifi was not stable, no plugs near the bed, and things in the room need updating.
