Quite a good mid range hotel, the close proximity to Ealing Station was a big plus!
Probably a little bit pricey, but that’s London for you. You could certainly spend more and get less elsewhere

Bit costly for what it was
Really well located. It's close to all the cafes and restaurants. We were able to run across the road for our coffee and Marks and Spencers etc. The staff were super nice. The ladies in the restaurant were very welcoming Fenna, Nima and Gina were very attentive and polite. Also want to give a shout out to the concierges, Tina, Kai, Aram and the young lady with glasses and the young man who helped me with my room card when I forgot mine in the hotel room . The manager was also very nice and gave us plates and cutlery. I haven't travelled for a long time so I was a bit nervous and so having kind and welcoming staff made such a big difference.
They have a nice restaurant space with huge windows so maybe making it available for coffees and snacks could be a possiblity. Just a thought
Clean hotel in a nice area right next to a green area. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by.
Quite a walk to the tube. On an exceptionally hot weekend, the vestibule near the lifts was unbearably hot.

La location è perfetta per visitare Londra senza dover stare in centro città.
La stazione è molto vicina e nell'area ci sono tanti localini dove poter fare diverse esperienze culinarie.
Ci sono anche due grandi parchi vicini dove poter sfruttare delle belle giornate.
Sono arrivato con la mia auto e ho chiesto dove avrei potuto parcheggiare "temporaneamente" per scaricare le valigie (considerando che viaggiavo con la famiglia avevo diversi bagagli e passeggini) e mi hanno detto che non c'era questa possibiltà, l'unica cosa che avrei potuto fare era pagare il parcheggio per un giorno interno all'interno dell'albergo per £20 a notte (cosa che ovviamente non ho fatto). Tutto questo quando c'era il parcheggio dipendenti sul retro dell'albergo completamente libero e avrei potuto parcheggiare lì per qualche minuto senza dare fastidio a nessuno.
Location to Ealing Broadway Tube Station is a 10-15 minute walk.
This is one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room was so small that only one suitcase could be opened on the floor at a time, there simply wasn’t enough space for two.
The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together and was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully, this was only a one-night stay, because had it been longer, I would have checked out early.
We also experienced issues with check-in. Prior to arrival, we were told late check-in would not be possible. However, when we arrived at approximately 1:00 AM, we were eventually let into the hotel. After already being exhausted from traveling, the check-in process itself took another 15 minutes. We were then assigned a room on the 5th floor, only to discover once we got there that the room key did not work.
The location is excellent for shopping, eating out, underground and the staff were very helpful
