Мы второй год подряд в этом отеле, и кажется, поедем и в третий раз опять туда. Очень нравится. При бронировании попросили виллу, которая была в первый раз. К сожалению, она оказалась занята, но нам бесплатно проапгрейдили номер и дали вариант гораздо лучше, чем мы бронировали. Персонал все так же прекрасен, дружелюбные, гостеприимные. В номере все есть, особенно удобна кухня, большой холодильник, стиралка. Ежедневно убираются, все чисто. Полотенец куча и в ванной, и у бассейна. В Раме царит своя особенная атмосфера, ради которой мы и приезжаем из года в год: очень зелено, тихо, уютно. Ощущение, будто мы там одни отдыхаем. Например, а бассейне ни разу за неделю ни с кем не пересеклись во время купания. А сразу при выходе попадаешь на шумную улицу Семиньяка, где есть и кафе, и супермаркеты, и массажные салоны. Единственный минус - без байка будет неудобно добираться до пляжей, особенно хороших. Мы берем байк и с ним вообще шикарно! Я считаю, что на Бали вообще байк - это ноги. А после активного дня и разъездов в Раму очень приятно возвращаться. Завтраки в отеле не брали, потому что любим завтракать в разных кафешках. Особенно любим кафе Livingstone неподалеку. Очень надеюсь, что сможем на будущее лето опять приехать, и планируем также семью наших друзей привезти туда!

The staff was amazing. Upon arrival I found the room a bit smaller than expected, and they did everything to make it possible to change the room. Special thanks to the reception staff.

Room service was quick and avocado croissant delicious.

Housekeeping has room for improvement: Every day we wished to keep it environmentally friendly and keep our towels and extra told them so. But we got new towels every day. Bed was made up immaculate. Forgotten breadcrumbs on the table and other small things didn't matter to us.

Very beautiful alley full of greenery leading to the rooms.

Even though central location it was nice and quiet.

Fresh free of charge drinking water refill stations in the room and in public spaces. Awesome! Good Eco Effort ♡

Jet shower was smelly.

Matter of taste: matrasses are rather soft and slightly worn.

We loved the staff - especially the Manager and all the front desk people. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the Spa but the gym was nice and functional regardless of the size

We have just returned from a wonderful two-week stay, and we cannot praise this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at home.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. From housekeeping and reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Our room was immaculate throughout our holiday, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team who cleaned it to a very high standard every day. The entire hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained.
The facilities were excellent, with plenty to enjoy during our stay. The pool area was fantastic for both relaxing and soaking up the sun, and it was always kept clean and inviting. The food was also outstanding, with a great variety and consistently high quality throughout our two weeks.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The combination of outstanding staff, excellent facilities, delicious food, and impeccable cleanliness made for a truly memorable holiday. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One night stay
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. It was clean, good value for money. There's a microwave which not alot of places have. Location is good. Quite easy to get around. Express laundry across the road that delivers to reception. Also a grocery store across the road. Restaurant at the front of the villa is very handy. Food is good and cheap.

Cons:

The little fridge turns on every now and then as most fridges do but it must be against the door in cabinet as noisy. No kettle but they have water filter dispenser with hot/cold water. I prefer to boil bottled water. The road out front is very busy and it can be difficult to cross the road. When you walk out and to the left there are random vehicles parked on the footpath creating a hazard to try and get around them. Looks like the drivers are sleeping in their cars working for grab/gojek.
