Central location but tight for 5 guests.
Pros:

Location is central and close to multiple metro stations. Specially had a direct line to NRT by metro at 5am!
Welcoming staff, welcoming and supportive. Clean and tidy.
Bathroom was tidy and clean.
There's a fridge and they provided a water bottle for each of us everyday, although could have placed in fridge to chill.

Cons:

We did ask to fit 5 guests and hence were given an extra bed which didn't leave us much room to manoeuvre. Very very tight space to unpack/ pack and access our suitcases. We are lucky to have used cabin size cases but if we had larger cases, we'd be in right trouble. Lots of hangers provided but nowhere to hang it.

Ottima soluzione a Tokyo, molto comoda per Haneda
Pros:

Hotel molto comodo per l’ultima notte o per chi deve raggiungere l’aeroporto di Haneda: la stazione di Hamamatsucho è vicina e da lì la monorotaia porta all’aeroporto in circa mezz’ora. Buona anche la posizione per visitare la zona della Tokyo Tower, raggiungibile a piedi. La camera era pulita, funzionale e leggermente più spaziosa rispetto ad altri hotel provati in Giappone. Wi-Fi molto buono, personale gentile e rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivamente positivo. Ho provato anche la colazione: abbastanza varia e gradevole, con proposte sia dolci (poche) sia salate (soprattutto).

Cons:

Come spesso accade negli hotel giapponesi, le camere e gli spazi comuni restano comunque piuttosto compatti. La colazione mi è sembrata buona nel complesso, ma la parte dolce era un po’ limitata per chi preferisce una colazione più europea. Per il resto non abbiamo riscontrato particolari problemi.
