Pros:

O apart-hotel fica em uma área tranquila com uma pracinha no centro da rua. As instalações estão em bom estado. O café da manhã é diferente: eles ofertam os ingredientes necessários para o café, e você prepara o seu café no apartamento. Os atendentes na recepção são muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Internet fraca. Fomos no inicio do inverno e já estava bastante gelado, o aquecedor central é ligado somente entre 8h pm e 7h am, sendo que não nos foi informado.

Pros:

Quarto amplo; confortável, tudo novo e muito limpo… apartamento dispõem de uma estrutura caso o hóspede queira fazer suas refeições no apartamento, ele é todo equipado. Funcionários educados e muito receptivos, camareiras super gentis, o hotel fica próximo a mercadinho, pizzaria, bem localizado. 15 minutos andando do skycostanera, região segura, do meu quarto era possivel ver a cordilheira. Tem uma pracinha na frente do hotel. Recomendo a estadia, ficamos muito felizes em escolher o Heidelberg Haus e já estamos indicando para os amigos que pensam em ir ao Chile.

Comfortable homely stay
Pros:

I had an amazing week here!
-Good location, safe area
-very nice to have a little kitchen to cook some of your own meals
-very helpfull staff

Cons:

- there are some sounds from the other appartments (the walls are quite thin), but it did not bother me much.
-there is no laundry service, but there is a very good prontomatic just around the corner
