Excelente todo. El personal es muy amable y atento
Good location, friendly staff
The reception is closed between 19:00 and 7:00. Guests can be allowed as they want because there is nobody in the reception who can help. There were other guests talking in the hallway, playing loud music at 1:00 am as if it were a nightclub. The hotel is not quiet. Also, I was on the third floor and there is no elevator.

La habitación no correspondía con la que reservé , no se correspondía con las fotos erra algo anticuada y el primer día la habitación olía muy mal
El personal es muy amable, atento y servicial, la habitación es cómoda,
El desayuno podría ser mejor, incluir frutas por ejemplo y la ubicación de la habitación daba a la avenida principal lo cual se escuchaba mucho ruido a media noche y la madrugada
Located in the lively region of Chapinero, close to various dinings option and shops. Near bus stops and easy to get to and from the airport. The breakfast options are tasty and the coffee is really good.
I found the lengthy code I had to use in the entry to be cumbersome, as it made me feel vulnerable while typing it on the street. Additionally, the sheets had stains.

Le fait que ce ne soit pas un hôtel mais un appartement, à partir de 19h plus personne à l’accueil et le code donné pour ouvrir la porte n’était pas bon .

Si me gusto lo único es que deberían cambiar las cortinas del baño ya que las que tiene se pegan del cuerpo y es incomodo

No habia donde calentar agua, la cocina no tenia los implementos a la mano
A recepcionista Alexa é extremamente atenciosa e paciente, nos auxiliou muito. A localização é ótima, de carro estávamos a 15 minutos do centro e da zona T. A noite o bairro é bem movimentado pois fica perto das universidade, o que achamos muito bom. A pé do centro histórico para o hotel gastamos 50 minutos de forma bem lenta.
Foi tudo muito bom.
