Things I liked was location, breakfast & kind staff
I did hate the structure of the room. The toilet has a lot of glasses which really makes the whole room very shiny and not comfortable for me. Every day while sleeping, I found out that the room has lots of lights. In addition, there was always a lot of noise in the morning out in the corridor from the room service.
The staff were so lovely and so helpful during my stay. They also upgraded my room for free which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately the bathroom tap water came out very brown so I couldn’t use it and they offered to send a plumber straight away but since I only stayed for a night it didn’t bother me, they got it fixed right away after my departure. Also gave me an extended late check out. Location was fantastic close to everything especially Seminyak Village and Seminyak Square.

Great location. Easy access to late night shop and cafes in the morning. We only stayed overnight and arrived quite late.
