Pros:

L’appartamento è abbastanza nuovo, anche se alcuni dettagli avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati. La zona cucina potrebbe essere organizzata meglio per renderla più funzionale e accogliente.
Un punto positivo va sicuramente alla ragazza della reception, molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato discreto, ma con qualche piccola attenzione in più, come una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto all’arrivo, l’esperienza sarebbe stata sicuramente migliore.

Pros:

Centrally located, confortable apartment. Polite personnel.

Cons:

The sofa was not clean (there was sand, probably an oversight by the cleaning service). Our sleep was disturbed by noise in the afternoon and early in the morning from workers trying to repair a water problem.

We were well looked after!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are all very professional and efficient. They are super kind too. Even after we left, they made great efforts to send me my glasses I accidentally left behind. We will definitely return in near future.

Cons:

We liked everything! If anything.. we didn’t have a safety box in the room but we managed without it.

Très agréable et confortable
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal dans le centre historique de Trapani.
Le studio avec balcon était très confortable et donnait sur la rue, un lit très grand et des drap agréables dans la chambre très spacieuse.
Pareil pour la salle de bain, agréable et serviettes, gel douche, à disposition.
Extrêmement propre.

Cons:

La pièce avec la kitchenette manquait d'ustensiles (pas de planche à découper par exemple), deux vieilles plaques chauffantes, pas de bouilloire, malgré l'indication Booking.

À l insigne de la gentillesse
Pros:

Le logement très propre et en tout correspondent à la description.
Le personnel d une gentillesse extrême. Il nous a été permis de laisser les bagages soit une fois arrivés avant l horaire du check in (et que nous avons retrouvé dans la chambre une fois préparée) soit le jour du départ pour nous permettre de se balader sans poids. Un énorme merci pour nous avoir accueilli dans les espaces communs (et frais) dans l attente d aller à l aeroport. Mon papa qui est âgé a ainsi pu se remettre de la chaleur extérieure
