Good location, but old, poorly maintained and not clean.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The room was much older and more worn than it appeared in the photos, and cleanliness was a major issue. There was hair on the bed, the bathroom was very dirty with limescale and standing water, and the room had a damp, musty smell. The facilities and furnishings also felt old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning did not cool properly, and the soundproofing was very poor. Traffic and outside noise often woke me up and made it difficult to sleep. I also developed some red spots on my skin during the stay. For this price, there are better options nearby, and I would recommend staying elsewhere or paying a little more for a cleaner and more comfortable hotel.

place is ok for 1 night if you are low budget, as the location is perfect.
Pros:

Location is ideal. The staff is nice.

Cons:

The smell in the room is terrible. The rooms is quite old and should deserve an updated cleaning and more. There was no boiling pot despite it was mentioned.

Pour une nuit de transit seulement, pas plus
Pros:

L’emplacement était bon, a deux pas du metro
Le réceptionniste a été très agréable avec nous, il y avait la clim dans la chambre

Cons:

La clim fuyait de temps en temps
la salle de bain n’était pas ventilée et était très humide (le plafond était taché), donc la chambre sentait l’humidité constamment
La propreté n’était pas des meilleures
