So nice and well placed.
Nothing
It had very spacious rooms & an appealing lobby
There was no microwave or fridge in the room
The decor and location are great, but that’s where the charm stops. There was a tram stop out front and we were given free passes for the tram (might have been leftover from a Mardi Gras promotion)
The AC did not get cold - maaaaybe 75 - and made so many moaning and hissing noises. The room was located directly by elevator and very noisy. No breakfast that I was aware of. Valet parking we did for one night because it was open air and a rip off as it is basically a parking lot meant for guests of that hotel anyway. We parked on the street literally outside of fenced lot for the remainder of the trip
Very clean and the staff was great!!!
Over nite parking was expensive to say I stayed on the premises
Convenient location and helpful staff
I had a credit charge which I assume was the security charge, which was deducted and not refunded after I checked out. I messaged the hotel as I didn’t have any room charge, but didn’t receive an answer. The charge is still there and unresolved after 3 weeks.

We had a really good stay here, I was really nervous because of the reviews I had read and almost backed out, but I am so glad I didn’t.
We arrived early because we had to check out of our other hotel at 11 and the bell man took our suitcases and stored them for us and pointed us in the right direction to grab brunch on magazine Street.
The lady working the front desk was so sweet. I had asked, if possible to be in a quieter room, she was more than happy to help us with that.
She had mentioned the Wi-Fi might be spotty which I appreciated, but I still chose quiet over Wi-Fi reception since there was a two hour time difference between SF and New Orleans Orleans, we also had no issue with the Wi-Fi.
The rooms were large and spacious in the shower was extremely hot and the water pressure was good. The pillows were a tiny bit soft, since I like firm pillows, but it didn’t ruin our sleep.
This was within walking distance to so many beautiful homes, and there was a liquor store where we could buy water and sodas and alcohol and food right across the street. It got a little sketchy with the homeless late at night but we never felt unsafe. We would definitely come back again. The lobby and bar area were so unique and pretty, it was a vibe, we will have to get a drink down there next time.
Room was spacious and clean. Location in the Garden District was great.
I tried to adjust the date of arrival on the reservation, but the hotel told me contact Booking.com and Booking.com told me to contact the hotel. I did each multiple times and got the run-around. A waste of time and was never able to adjust the reservation. The hotel never responded when contacted via the Booking.com site, and was not very helpful when reached by phone. I doubt I'd stay at the hotel again or use Booking.com unless one of them remedies the problem.
