Room is awesome and the staff is super friendly

Cons:

Additional deposit was collected along with the complete room payment while checking in. The payment detail was not explained clear enough and I didn’t receive any receipt until asking for it.

Great location in the heart of Makati near Glorietta Mall, shops and restaurants
Pros:

Location is great next to Glorietta Mall entrance and near restaurants and coffee shops and stores. The Roof Deck Bar is nice for outdoor atmosphere with views and pool

Cons:

Not enough elevators and the wait was long for the lift to arrive

Family stay on holiday
Pros:

I stayed at Holiday Inn with my family. Loved our stay. Convenient location in Glorietta mall and the hotel has great amenities. The people who work here are very friendly. Especially, Princess who works at the Restaurant during breakfast and in housekeeping Audrey. The rooms are very clean. The spa is fantastic. After a long flight, getting a good massage is the best way to start your holidays. The masseuse Zarrah was great! And the receptionist Joann was so nice and accommodating. I would stay here again in my next trip to the Philippines.

Great location and value at an upscale hotel with wonderful service and helpful accommodating staff
