I love this place. This is my go to place when I’m in Makati. The customer service is amazing. The staff at the front desk the restaurant housekeeping everyone does an amazing job.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Glorietta! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location, it’s just steps away from the malls, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient.

What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

A special thank you to Ms. Yesha, who went above and beyond to make our child feel special. She thoughtfully gave our little one sweet treats and coloring materials, which kept him happy and entertained. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

The executive lounge team were warm, attentive, and proactive during our stay. They would regularly check on you if there’s something you need and would work on your requests right away.

I would also like to thank Toni of the reservations team for the booking confirmation emails and coordinating the our requests which made the stay enjoyable.

We stayed here for my wife's birthday with our toddler, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we've had.
Let me start with Michael, the front office manager. Best FOM we have ever encountered, hands down. He made our stay personal. He anticipated what we needed before we asked and treated our family like we were the only guests in the building. That kind of leadership shows in the whole team. Michael, thank you. You are the reason this stay became a memory instead of a booking.
The executive lounge was another highlight. Big thanks to Loyd, Clarisse, and Stef for taking such good care of us. The team set up banners and a cake in our room to greet my wife a happy birthday. Walking in and seeing that was unforgettable.
The service was consistent from start to finish. Parking staff, room service, waiting staff, everyone treated us well.
For families, the setup is close to perfect. The hotel connects straight to Glorietta, so everything is walkable. There are parks nearby, a nice pool, and a kids play area. The staff are patient and accommodating with children.
We have stayed in many hotels. This one is our favorite. We plan to keep coming back for family celebrations, and we already have our eye on the next one before the year ends.
If you are visiting Makati, look no further.

My go to hotel whenever I visit the Philippines for vacation or with family. Been staying here for probably over a decade. It has always been a Great Hotel. The renovations make it even better. It's rare for me to write reviews but I do want to recognize how excellent I feel this hotel is. First of all, they have a wonderful staff, but that's mainly because they have an awesome leadership team. Led by Mr. Belmonte, I am not surprised as to how popular the hotel has become. He surely knows how to make it a great hotel. I see a lot of commendations for the Executive Lounge, but in my humble opinion, the other departments such as the Concierge, Reservations, and Restaurant are what shines! Led by Mr. Quilatan, the Concierge Team is the best in all the hotels I've stayed at. Whenever I need assistance, I can email the team 24 hours a day or weeks before my arrival at the hotel and someone will reply back. Try getting an answer back this quickly at the bigger hotels - you won't! I am also impressed by the Reservations team over the years - they are quick to respond back to my questions. I recall years ago when a typhoon made it impossible for me to travel to their property due to flooding and how they allowed me to cancel my reservation. The Flavors Restaurant has such great food and I commend the chefs as it keeps getting better over the years - I also want to mention the service team led by Ms. Gen there which is top notch and always results in an enjoyable restaurant experience. Thank you!

It's hard to beat the location of this hotel being directly attached to Glorietta Mall and near to super markets, currency exchange locations, laundry shops, and other restaurants. Everything my family needs while traveling is all here. Even the Security Guards make you feel welcome with a smile!

The rooftop pool is refreshing and a decent size for my family to enjoy. Very quiet and relaxing to be away from the hussle and bussle of the surroundings. They even now serve food from the bar - another improvement from the remodeling.
