Сам отель хороший. Завтраки - шведский стол.. есть бассейн, в номере - все банные и чайные принадлежности))

Cons:

Дело не в объекте размещения.. а в полном разочаровании расположения этого объекта в районе Нуса-дуа..мало того, что в этом районе цены в магазинах завышены в 2-3 раза, так еще и пляж и море очень грязные. Поэтому никому и никогда ни посоветую нуса- дуа..

It's was nice & quiet, not noisy. The swimming pools awesome. The staff were so nice & friendly.

Cons:

The complex is very dated. Inside & outside need painting, waterblasting. Crack papers everywhere. Pool tiles on the bottom of pool coming off. Our room was dated. Mattress very hard. Door wouldn't shut properly, had to slam it. Housekeeping each day was abit slack, never gave extra toiletpaper, never got any body lotion, didn't wipe the counter by jug which if it looks like it needs to be cleaned then clean it. Bath towels small & looking old. Late one afternoon we got backto see a note under door saying there's a private function that night so we couldn't use the outdoor bar area, which we used most nights. SORRY but we were paying quests & that's not acceptable to be told we can't eat dinner or sit around having a drink for the evening, very disappointing as we had been out all day & got back at 7pm wanting to have dinner & drinks & relax.

I would not recommend this hotel to stay in, in very poor condition

Property was very run down, in need of refurbishment, pool was in a very bad state with tiles coming away, brick loose which could cause serious injury
Rusted and broken safety bar around the pool
Hanging broken vents through out the hotel
Shabby furniture in the foyer, needs updating
Hot breakfast was not hot it was only warm
No maintenance done around the property
Uncomfortable furniture in the pool bar and restaurant
Pool towels stained
Beds far to hard, mattress need to be replaced with comfortable soft mattress
Doors to the balcony’s in poor state and hard to open
Pool chair broken and needing replacement
Hotel need to be cleaned and painted
Gardens very shabby and in poor state, very untidy

Great hotel for explorers
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was the perfect size with rotating breakfast items each day. It offered a good balance for those looking to try different local foods, and those wanting something closer to what they'd have at home.
The staff were always friendly and greeted me by name. Happy to answer any questions and give recommendations.
This hotel is great for travelers who plan to go out and explore, with the odd two to three days by the pool. The shuttle bus to the beach and Bali Collection were easy to navigate and were very punctual.

Cons:

The property is older and had the natural wear and tear expected from an older building but it was well maintained, always clean, and a great hotel to stay in.

Шок от известной сети отелей. Ничего общего с отелями этой сети в европейской части планеты. Из плюсов только расположение и отсутствие ползучих животных.

Cons:

Номера требуют ремонта, розетки вываливаются из стены, шторы в пятнах и дырах, Уборка на 3 из 10, грязно. Балконы вообще непонятно для чего, стоит коробка от кондиционера и не выйти даже. Завтраки невозможно есть, выбора никакого.

Great Service and Relaxing Atmosphere at Mercure Nusa Dua

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mercure Nusa Dua and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Manis for handling our check-in smoothly and professionally, making us feel welcome right away. We are also very grateful to Ms. Mitha for the thoughtful room upgrade to a Deluxe Garden View, which made our stay even more special.

The room itself had a charming vintage style, yet remained very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The peaceful garden view added a relaxing ambiance that made it easy for us to unwind and fully enjoy our time at the hotel.

Overall, the service, comfort, and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Nusa Dua for making our stay memorable.

We look forward to returning on our next trip to Bali.
