A localização é excelente. O atendimento do pessoal da recepção, em especial da Mariana, foi excelente! Resolveram meu problema rapidamente. Café da manhã simples, mas bom.

Cons:

Manutenção. O primeiro quarto estava com infiltração no teto do banheiro. Ar condicionado barulhento. Janela com trinco quebrado. Gentilmente me trocaram de quarto. Nesse a pia estava ligeiramente entupida. Mas não tinha infiltração e o ar condicionado era menos barulhento.

A localização é boa, em frente a praia, tem restaurantes, padarias , farmácias por perto. O café da manhã é bom, mas repetitivo. O pessoal que cuida do café da manhã é muito gentil. Os funcionários no geral são atenciosos.

Cons:

Achei o quarto pequeno, e a cama é pequena, não é king. O banheiro não tem exaustor, não tem toalha de mão. A limpeza do banheiro precisa melhorar.

Hotel bem localizado, de frente para a Praia de Camburi. Funcionários prestativos e café da manhã dentro das expectativas.

Cons:

Os principais pontos negativos foram o ar-condicionado, extremamente barulhento e com problemas para ligar, e a falta de opções para iluminação natural. Como a janela não abre e há apenas cortina blackout, é necessário escolher entre manter as luzes acesas durante o dia ou abrir totalmente a cortina, reduzindo a privacidade do quarto.
