Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento, time sempre disposto a ajudar e preparado. Desde o time da cozinha, ao atendimento no balcão e pessoal da limpeza. A localização é excelente, em frente a orla, farmácias ao lado, bares muito bons, quiosques também. É um dos melhores preços da região, café da manhã é okay, bom custo benefício na estadia.

Cons:

O padrão dos quartos é Ibis básico então para quem conhece é ok, pelo que entendi, nenhum quarto tem vista direta para praia, só lateral. Em um dos quartos, o ar condicionado estava com barulho no rolamento, e o time da manutenção disse que ja sabiam do problema mas não tinham peça, no final nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Mas fica o ponto de atenção.

Sempre venho neste hotel, e voltaria novamente. Todas as vezes que venho a Vitória, sempre é a nossa primeira escolha

Nós fomos muito bem atendidos , o quarto estava limpo, os lençóis limpos ajustados, toalhas limpas . Tudo tudo funcionando.
