Prachtig hotel op een mooie locatie.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, gunstig gelegen. Zowel het ontbijt als het diner waren uitstekend. Er was een bushalte vlakbij, met een directe lijn naar Innsbruck. Heerlijke zwembaden. Heel vriendelijk personeel!

A good (well-equipped, neat) hotel that guarantees a pleasant stay with the family.
Pros:

The hotel fully met our expectations. Without exception, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. It is a very clean (with one minor exception) and pleasant hotel offering an extensive breakfast. They truly do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. It is just a shame we only stayed for one night while passing through to Italy (the hotel is located a short distance from the Brenner Pass - good accessibility with parking is a plus!). The wealth of information we received about the hotel, the amenities, and the (beautiful) surrounding area was perhaps a bit superfluous, but it demonstrated a strong commitment to the guests. We look forward to visiting again.

Cons:

The restaurant is pleasant and offers honest cuisine, but in our opinion (who are we to judge?), there is room for improvement (the flavors are sometimes a bit flat in our opinion).

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragender Halbpension
Pros:

Überdurchschnittlich freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, mangels Nutzung kann ich den Wellnessbereich nicht beurteilen, Terrasse und Garten waren aber sehr ansprechend.
Mein Einzelzimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen, dadurch war es morgens mit einsetzendem Verkehr bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut.

Sehr schöner Gartenbereich mit Pool und Liegen. Freundliches und um den Gast bemühtes Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer nach vorne zur Straße sind leider sehr laut, sodass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Bei der Buchung sollte man das vorher fragen, wo sich das Zimmer befindet. Ein Zimmerwechsel war möglich, allerdings für 96€ mehr pro Nacht. Das habe ich als nicht besonders kulant empfunden.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Service
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und herzliche Personal – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend: sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einer tollen Auswahl. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt für uns war die Sauberkeit. Das gesamte Hotel und unser Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns persönlich besonders wichtig ist.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war fantastisch! Personal super freundlich! Das Essen war spitzen mässig 🤩 Saunalandschaft und Wellnessbereich genial! Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die geführte Wanderung auf die Innsbrucker Hütte war ein super Erlebnis und auch sehr empfehlenswert!
