Pros:

ホテルは清潔で、花がいっぱいで、快適だった。毎朝の食事も豊富で、美味しかった。スタッフは、みなさん親切で、私の下手な英語の質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。あまりにも花がきれいだったので、花の種を売っている店を訊いたら、種を貰ってしまった。

Cons:

ひとつだけ。小さな冷蔵庫があればうれしかった。ビールを冷やしておけるので。

Das Haus an sich war ok, aber der Anstieg bis zur Haustür war für mich mühsam.
Pros:

Die Frühstücksauswahl war ok. Sehr persönliche Betreuung.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr dunkel, das Nachbarhaus so dicht, dass ich den Bewohnern in die Wohnung schauen konnte.

I wish I would have paid more money to stay on the Main Street and have a view of the Matterhorn.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good.

Cons:

If you ask for 2 extra Towels for the very first time after a long warm sweaty 5 mile hike don’t be surprised if the host says that it is “completely unacceptable” and they rudely and begrudgingly give you 1 towel and then say “this can not continue”.

Lovely stay with great hosts that make you feel really welcome
Pros:

We loved it here great location, Thor and Michelle were so nice helped us with best places to visit. The breakfast was very nice and the room was great with a really comfortable bed.

A great, authentic hotel
Pros:

Hotel Romantica is family owned for many years and is authentic. It is on a quiet side street, it's very quaint & beautifully decorated in swiss country style. We loved the garden landscaping in front.
The owner, Michelle, is very nice and Thor, her front desk person was a jewel and so helpful.
We loved our room with a mountain and garden view. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good, with great service.

Charming hotel in old town with a great breakfast
Pros:

Hotel Romantica is a lovely inn, in the middle of old town, but back off of the busy section of the street, which is nice. The owners and the staff were lovely and very helpful with recommendations. Everything was very comfortable and breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again if I were to travel back to that part of Switzerland.
