We had an enjoyable stay in this nice hotel with nice staff.
Pros:

1) Our group stayed in two rooms, a suite and a superior single room. Both rooms were fine.
The Suite is very spacious, with a sitting room. Besides the balcony, there are two sets of windows, at the other side of the room and in the sitting room.
With good ventilation, it's not a big problem even in the summer month of June and when we met the heat wave during our stay.
2) The owner couple are very hospitable to their guests. They attended to our questions very patiently. They were very kind and drove us to the train station

Cons:

We had to climb a short steep path to reach this boutique hotel. The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service from / to the train station at a charge.

Pros:

The hotel is charming, intimate, and wonderfully cozy, with an authentic atmosphere and exceptional beauty. It is ideally located just a few meters from the heart of the village.

I stayed in one of the suites, and it was absolutely outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, making every night’s sleep a true pleasure.

The hosts, Thor and Michelle were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They responded to every request with genuine care and were always happy to answer my questions, offering practical recommendations that greatly enhanced my stay in Zermatt.

I will certainly recommend this hotel to others, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Veldig koselig hotell med trivelig vertskap. Fine rom, og rent og pent. Super beliggenhet- stille og rolig, men samtidig veldig sentralt. Nydelig hage.

Sehr nette Hotel-Chefin und sehr gutes Personal; Lage mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig; Chefin scheint alle besonderen Wanderwege in der Umgebung persönlich zu kennen und gibt sehr gern detaillierte Auskunft darüber.

Pros:

A very special hotel! It is beautiful both inside and outside. Michelle and Thor were so friendly and informative. The room was fresh and clean and had everything you could need. One of the comfiest beds I've slept on at a hotel.
Delicious choices for breakfast. Best pastries and great coffee! Friendly staff.

Ein sehr spezieller und sehr herzlicher Gastgeber - einfach toll❤️
Pros:

Alles war speziell auf Zermatt und seine Eindrücke und Tradition ausgerichtet. Wir wurden hervorragend „betreut“ und aufgenommen. Eine wirklich aussergewöhnliches Ambiente. Äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war für uns ein spezielles Erlebnis, das wir gerne wiederholen werden.
