The views from room and from rooftop bar were amazing
Beds were quite comfy.
"Strange" service. From one hand the staff was friendly, but I don't like when they discuss you /your case in front of you in their own language.
Not easy / too long to reach the historical center
The room was quite small.
Bel établissement, lit très confortable..nous avons obtenu une chambre dans les étages pour profiter de la ville magnifique sur la ville d'Istanbul. Le personnel est aimable, accueillant et réactif. L'hôtel dispose d'un ensemble Piscine, Spa, jacuzzi très appréciable. Nous avons dîné une seule fois dans l'établissement et c'était parfait. Le personnel est d'une vraie gentillesse et serviable. Mention spéciale pour le dessert inspiré de la richesse culinaire turque. Donc au final, un établissement fiable et à recommander. Le tarif est très correct pour des prestations premium

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le confort de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et la propreté des lieux.
Le seul petit inconvénient, si je devais en citer un, est que l’établissement n’est pas situé à proximité d’une station de métro. À part cela, tout était très bien.
