Pros:

All comfortable and easy travel. I used Metro from airport to Iglesia del Carmen for hotel. Then used taxi for visit to canal. Good breakfast and dinner menu at hotel had variety.

Ótima localização e acomodações confortáveis. Muito limpo.
Pros:

Café da manhã com boas opções, como panqueca americada, iogurte, frutas, pães variados, omelete etc. Quarto e banheiros espaçosos e tudo muito limpinho. Amei e indico.

I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The room was very clean, everything worked properly, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. I also really enjoyed the view from the room.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the lighting in the room. During the day it was beautiful because of the floor-to-ceiling windows and natural sunlight, but at night the room relied mostly on ambient lighting, which made it feel quite dim. It made things like packing a bit difficult.

Central Gem found by Traveling Mom
Pros:

A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights while tagging along with my son's 5th grade study tour (to be close to their hotel) and we had a really good time. The onsite restaurant was a really good place to get breakfast from the buffet or dinner/dessert in the evening. Our room was clean and met my expectations. The front desk staff were helpful. Also, the location of the hotel was top tier for walking around to various farmacias, restaurants, and just exploring El Cangrejo.

Didn't get a chance to try the pool or the fitness center, though they seemed nice. I would definitely stay here again, just for the location and accommodation alone.
