Pros:

Comfortable beds, good shower and very clean. The food was ok, but could be better. The location is great and that was important as we travelled with two young children. The staff overall were good and efficient. The lady who worked in the dining room for breakfast time was absolutely lovely, however i didn't catch her name! Our highlight of the week was a young man named Pedro. He is exceptionally hard-working, talented and gifted with children and adults alike. He made our "happy" girl Sadie's week to be totally honest. I hope he is valued and respected by the management of the business and is renumerated appropriately.

Cons:

The lengthy check-in process, absolutely ridiculous in the day and age. We were at least 20 minutes at the desk. This needs to be improved.
Another baby-changing unit needed in the ladies bathrooms behind reception area. There's plenty room there for installation and should be a priority in a family hotel.
The cots for infants are very big and awkward to manoeuvre around in such a compact apartment. They should also be upgraded.

A nice long weekend break
Pros:

Great location. Central but out of the way of the noise. The apartment and pool area was clean. Staff were very friendly.

Pros:

You could have a lie in and there were still sunbeds available, pool area was friendly & clean, pool water was ice cold though! Hotel rooms were nice fresh and clean. Staff were nice. Food nice.

Perfect stay 👍🏻
Pros:

Perfect base for our weekend away, it was a great location near to supermarket, shops restaurants and the beach. Staff were very helpful 👍🏻

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool was heated as it was May and very cold
