Pros:

Colazione ottima e con molta varietà dolce e salato. Ampio spazio sia interno che esterno per gustare la colazione. Piscina piccola ma davvero utile e comoda per rinfrescarsi durante le calde giornate estive senza doversi spostare verso le terme. Posizione ottima perchè vicino alle terme, basta una passeggiata.

Cons:

Camera abbastanza pulita ma nel bagno e soprattutto nel terrazzo abbiamo trovato diverse ragnatele e sporcizia. Wi Fi praticamente assente in diversi punti della camera.

On se croirait dans un musée
Un mobilier et des objets d’art d’une époque…
C’est très propre, calme la chambre super bien insonorisée, petit déjeuner très copieux et un personnel d’une grande gentil…
Et pour nous la cerise sur le gâteau nous avons été surclassé, il avons eu le droit à une suite… on ne sait pas qui on doit remercier l’hôtel ou booking mais en tôt c’était extraordinaire - merci

Pros:

Posizione centrale per le terme e bella piscina sulla terrazza.

Cons:

Hotel un po’ vecchiotto e persone alla reception non sempre reperibili. Abbiamo dovuto prenderci le chiavi da soli dietro la reception dopo oltre 15 minuti di attesa.

Alcuni dettagli della struttura sono un po datati, per esempio le porte delle camere.

Albergo molto bello, sembra di essere in una favola, Staff molto gentile, posizione ottima, ideale punto di partenza per visitare posti come Montepulciano, Pienza, Monticchiello etc
Cibo ottimo e servizio veloce.
Piscina panoramica, ha una vista quasi di 360!

Location eccellente, molto elegante, anche se datata, gestita con il massimo rigore per pulizia e ordine di tutto hotel, curato nei minimi particolari, evidenziata da gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff. Buona colazione con prodotti salati freschi.

materasso a molle datato nella camera.

Hotel un po datato e non rimodernato, staff efficiente, la cosa che lascia a desiderare è la pulizia delle camere, Vi invito a fare più attenzione sulla pulizia , anche perché stiamo parlando di un 4 stelle

Booking mi ha fatto pagare una doppia ed una tripla, in realtà abbiamo avuto 2 doppie, richiedo più attenzione
