Alla reception c'era un'indiano che non capiva la lingua italiana, la stanza era sporca con capelli di donna sulle lenzuola! Ho prenotato una matrimoniale e mi hanno dato una stanza con due letti singoli senza il lenzuolo di sopra!

La stanza era molto bella e spaziosa e con un costo conveniente (se consideriamo che era una tripla). La struttura e’ meravigliosa, mostra fasti del passato che probabilmente era piu florido del presente. Responsabile della reception molto gentile nel trovarci una soluzione per la cena della sera (il ristorante dell’hotel era chiuso)

Cons:

La colazione deve decisamente essere curata meglio. E’ uno dei pochi parametri importanti che i clienti valutano sempre nel giudizio della struttura. Speravo di poter cenare al ristorante dell’hotel, non mi aspettavo fosse chiuso.

Un tuffo nel passato

Il personale è stato gentile e cordiale. La colazione soddisfacente.

Cons:

La struttura ha vissuto tempi migliori e di certo sfarzosi. La nostra stanza, la 114, necesiterebbe sicuramente di un ammodernamento oltre che di una profonda pulizia della moquette.
