AC Hotel by Marriott Seoul Gangnam

Sehr schönes Hotel in Gangnam. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich.

Stayed 6 nights at this property. We booked it due to the location and due to it being apart of Bon Voy loyalty program.
The common areas are nice. It is easy to access public transport. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom.

Overall:

Confusing
AC lounge and Premier lounge

I think everyone had access to AC loinge and not sure why it is even called a lounge
The premier lounge, not sure who.or.how you gain access. Even BonVoy Platinum members are not granted access?!?

This was my second stay at AC Hotel Seoul Gangnam, and I’ll definitely stay again. The rooms are small especially the bathroom, but they’re modern, clean, comfortable and good value for the price.

The location is very convenient, with the subway within 5-10mins walking distance. There’s also a GS25 convenience store right across the hotel and an Olive Young around the corner, making it easy to grab anything you need.

A solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Gangnam without breaking the bank.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. And there is a good reason why we returned to this hotel for our second time. The location is great. Regarding the hotel staff: All the reception staff - an excellent example of a high level of service, attentive, empathetic, a team of professionals. Spacious and very quiet rooms, the level of cleanliness is excellent. We would be happy to come back again.

سكن في منطقة Gangnam رائع ونظيف وموقعه في منطقه حيه ممتاز جداً، محطة المترو تقريباً دقيقتين مشي والباص نفس الشي، وحوله قهاوي مختصه ومطعم حلال شواء معروف و7/11، الغرفه حجمها مو كبيره لكن ممتازه لشخصين والموظفين جداً لطيفين انصح فيه وبقوه للي ناوي يسكن في Gangnam

I recently saw a negative review mentioning Chloe Moon, and I honestly wanted to share my experience because it was completely different.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a really great time. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, the food was very good, and the location was perfect for my trip.

What I remember the most, though, is how kind and helpful the staff were. In particular, Chloe Moon was incredibly nice during my stay. At one point I lost my phone, and she genuinely took the time to help me get it back. she actually made an effort to help, and I was very grateful for that.

She also gave me recommendations around Seoul and was always friendly whenever I had questions. Small things like that can make a big difference when you’re visiting another country.

I have very good memories of my stay in Seoul, and this hotel was definitely part of that experience. I would happily stay here again if I return in the future.

Thank you to Chloe and the rest of the staff for making my trip more enjoyable. I loved that there was an olive young like 3 minutes away walking from the hotel 😍, and there are nearby restaurants and cafes and there is a convenience store in front of the hotel.
