En bra vistelsetid med några få brister.
Pros:

Hotellet är 10 minuter från stranden och det gjorde det till en rofylld vistelse. Mycket bra pool område med många solsängar. Vi hade rum mot poolen som var tyst, men lite mindre i storlek (14 kvm). Städningen av rummet var mycket bra. Vi hade halvpension med måltid på morgon och kväll, fantastiska måltider med nytt tema varje dag. Fins både supermarknad och restauranger på någon minuts avstånd.

Cons:

Rökning tillåts överallt på pool området och som icke rökare fick man varje dag taktiskt hitta en plats utan någon rökare bredvid sig, och det gick inte. Skärpning här, gör ett rökfritt område och ett för rökare.
Vill du använda gymet så är det föråldrat och få maskiner.

The hotel is exellent, the food is great.

Cons:

A cash amount of mony equivalent to 800€, which was kept among personall belongings and packed inside a sock, went missing from our room.
All rooms are left open and unattended during cleaning creating a serve security risk. Following the event, the incident had to be reported repeadetly to individuall stuff members, creating an inpression of a theft on a beach or in the publick transport, rather than a robbery inside a managed hotel where the victims were registred gusts. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of internal communication within the menagment, or an underlyning assumption that such a distressing event does not concern them.
We reported the matter to the police, and the formal complaint is now submitted. The Head of Hotel Administration and Stefi acted with great professionalism, which we highly appreciate.
A formal response is expected.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with our experience. Money went missing from my wallet while it was left in our room. I understand I should have used the safe, but I honestly would not expect this to happen in a 4-star hotel.

Also, our room had a very strong sewage smell throughout the entire stay, coming from the shower and sink drains. We reported it several times, but the problem was never resolved. The smell was so strong that it actually made me feel sick.

Considering these issues, I expected at least some compensation or discount, but nothing was offered. In my opinion, this experience does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

The only positive thing was the food.

Pros:

We liked the location as it was close to the beach but at the same time far enough so that it was not noisy during the night. Also, it was conveniently located in front of the bust stop. The room was also nice (especially the spacious shower) and there was the option to have eggs freshly made for you at breakfast. We also enjoyed the outside pool (although the bali beds needed extra payment which was un unpleasant surprise). The personnel was also very friendly, especially the ladies at the reception.

Cons:

1. We were not happy with the quality of the cleaning. It felt always rushed and not thorough enough. One day the cleaning lady even forgot her cloth in our bathroom and another day the solution on the toilet seat was not even wiped. It felt that the cleaning personnel was only going over the things with a cloth not seriously cleaning (e.g., while we were there the toilet seat was wiped but not the top or down part, we could see the lines from the cloth used on the mirror and other objects and found pink thread on the bathroom floor which must have come from the mop).
2. There was also lots of noise on the hallways coming from the personnel which would wake us up early in the morning. We could hear other guests being mindful with their volume and shhhh-ing each other but there was no restraint from the personal with regards to noise.
3. The water at breakfast tasted horrible. We mostly ate watermelon to compesante the lack of water (as the water with oranges which had a better taste often also had cinnamon in it which we did not like). Overall, the breakfast could use some variety. For example the juices, salad ingredients, sweet pastries (pancakes were nice thiugh!), yoghurt and cereals were exactly the same each day. There were slight varriations for cooked food and sausages, hams, cheeses, etc. but these, although plentiful, did not taste like best quality; except for the mallorcan corner daily foods and the jamon (which was good but we only had it 2 or 3 times during our 10 days stay).
4. The food at the food truck next to the pool. We only tried once as we were really not happy with the quality. There are better and cheaper options close by.
