Pros:

Location was amazing for me... I also liked that it had its own kitchen and normal size fridge. Staff were great.

Cons:

The room felt damp upon entry... Chromecast didn't work properly til the afternoon before I left, even after having a staff member help on the first night. I'm normally a big fan of Mantra hotels but this has kind of changed that.

Perfect if you want to stay right in the heart of Brisbane

Pros:

Location was in the city, easy access to different motorways to Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast. Close to pubs/bars/eateries, quick mart downstairs which was very handy. Parking building right next door so easy access in and out of the building. Great having a washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

A tad noisy when the sliding doors are open but to be expected in the city. Carpet in lounge needed a clean and the lounge seating was worn. No vaccum provided and a couple of dirty bowls/broken cup in the cupboard.

One family member had to sleep on the floor due to lack of beds
Pros:

Excellent location, on-site parking, gym and sauna facilities

Cons:

Paid for a room upgrade but didn't get it. Neither booking.com or the hotel offered any compensation (not even a refund of the room upgrade difference amount) which i thought was pretty poor. As was the booking.com customer service

Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The location was great
Pros:

Everything was very comfortable

Cons:

There was no tea towel to dry dishes
The air conditioning in the main area would not change temperature
The remote batteries were flat.
But none of this was a big issue

Way too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Good location. Full kitchen and washing machine

Cons:

Expensive, too small for 4 people. Carpets stained dishwasher didnt work , kettle leaked. At that price i expect better

Convenient, comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location in the city and close to central station. Beds are super comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Great apartment, great location and exceptional service.
Pros:

It was in a great central location. Karen checked us in and gave us the best advice for our stay. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make our check in process so easy!

Cons:

Just the second bedroom was exceptional cold even with the air conditioning off otherwise it was amazing.

Unit was perfect for our overnight catchup with friends. Staff were friendly and nice enough to let us check in slightly
