Храната беше хубава и разнообразна, басейните бяха чисти. Добре беше че имаше вътрешен транспорт в комплекса.

Cons:

Стаята не беше много чиста имаше паежини по ъглите. Очакванията ми за плажа след като се плаща бяха доста по-високи. Не беше много чисто имаше фасове по пясъка. За услугата която се предлага като roomservice трябва да в точно определени часове и се заплаща доставка от 10 евро, което лично за мен е нелогично в 5 звезден хотел където си плащаш една доста сериозна сума пари за настаняване и предоставен пакет услуги които са налични в него. И още нещо не ми хареса и то беше, че минибара в стаята беше празен.

Pros:

We came with the whole family and booked five double rooms. The meals were excellent, with a great variety of choices. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The rooms were new, air-conditioned, and located just a short walk from the beach. The service was outstanding, and the hotel was in a perfect location. There was plenty of parking available, and the staff were friendly and professional. In the evenings, the bar stayed open until late, and the restaurants on the hotel's private beach were excellent. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage machte zudem einen gepflegten Eindruck. Alles war grundsätzlich sauber, der Rasen war ordentlich gemäht, die Bäume und Pflanzen waren gepflegt und auf dem Gelände lag kein Müll. Optisch wirkte die Außenanlage insgesamt sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Buffet konnte unsere Erwartungen leider überhaupt nicht erfüllen und spiegelte die griechische Küche kaum wider. Uns ist bewusst, dass das Hotel von internationalen Gästen aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern besucht wird und das Speisenangebot deshalb an einen möglichst breiten Geschmack angepasst wird. Dennoch hätten wir uns deutlich mehr authentische griechische Gerichte und regionale Spezialitäten gewünscht. Gerade in Griechenland erwartet man, die landestypische Küche kennenzulernen. Die Qualität der Speisen war insgesamt nur durchschnittlich und auch der gesamte Buffetbereich wirkte optisch in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir hatten eine Suite in erster Reihe mit privatem Pool gebucht. Die Aufteilung war jedoch leider nicht durchdacht. Nach dem Baden konnte man sich zwar draußen abtrocknen, musste anschließend aber direkt durch den Wohnbereich laufen, da eine Außendusche fehlte. Andersherum musste man vor dem Betreten des Pools erst im Badezimmer duschen und anschließend nass durch den Wohnbereich laufen. Eine Außendusche hätte dieses Problem einfach und sinnvoll gelöst.

Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war die Klimaanlage. Sie war sehr laut und im Schlafbereich dauerhaft durch ein störendes Brummen hörbar. Zudem konnte das Zimmer nicht vorgekühlt werden, da lediglich eine Zimmerkarte zur Verfügung gestellt wird. In vielen anderen Hotels erhält man zwei Karten oder eine vergleichbare Lösung, sodass die Klimaanlage während der Abwesenheit weiterlaufen kann. Nach der Rückkehr von den hohen Außentemperaturen war die Suite jedes Mal extrem aufgeheizt und es dauerte rund 15 Minuten, bis eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht war.

Auch die elektronischen Lichtschalter und Steuerungen im Zimmer waren unnötig kompliziert und wenig benutzerfreundlich. Das ständige Ein- und Ausschalten verschiedener Funktionen war eher störend als komfortabel.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Hellhörigkeit der Suite. Man hörte jeden Schritt aus der Unterkunft über uns.
