Para ser un 4**** en las habitaciones no había ni mini-bar ni calentador para infusiones o café. Al mediodía del día 18/7 reservamos mesa para comer 6 adultos a las 14h, después de 3/4 de hora de espera sólo habían traído las bebidas, 2 bolsas de patatas y unas olivas que tuvimos que reclamar 2 veces. En el restaurante habían 4 mesas, contando la nuestra, y una de ellas que entró después que nosotros y a los que sólo les habían traído las bebidas, dijeron que no podían esperar más y se fueron. En la terraza habían 2 mesas, con la intención de facilitar el trabajo, le llevé al chico de la barra la nota de lo que queríamos y el camarero que atendía las mesas dijo que ese era su trabajo y que tuviéramos paciencia a mi pregunta de ¿Cuánto tiempo tendríamos que esperar me dijo que iba a preguntarlo al cocinero y cuando apareció después de 10' minutos mi amiga le volvió a preguntar si tardarían mucho y desde detrás de la barra, sin acercarse a la mesa nos contestó que no le gritáramos, evidentemente si no se acercaba a la mesa el tono era un poco más elevado de lo normal, igual que el del camarero hacía nosotros, que continuó diciendo que era una falta de respeto y a mi amiga le llamó sin vergüenza, ahí nos levantamos todo el grupo y fuimos hasta la barra y al decirle al camarero que la falta de respeto era la que él había tenido al hablarnos así se metió en la cocina y nos dejó con la palabra en la boca. Fuimos a recepción y el chico que había, al explicarle la situación nos pidió disculpas, sin más, ahí quedó el tema y nos fuimos. Como decía antes, un 4**** no puede tener en restaurante, un servicio de esa formación y falta de profesionalidad
