Não gostei da cama, porque juntaram duas para ficar para um casal, no meio ficava um buraco.

Conforto, lazer e excelente atendimento
Pros:

Tive uma experiência excelente! A estrutura é completa, com ótimas opções de lazer, ambientes muito bem cuidados e acomodações confortáveis, ideais para descansar após os passeios pela cidade. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, com grande variedade. O jantar também merece destaque pela qualidade e diversidade dos pratos oferecidos. A localização é outro ponto forte: fica a poucos minutos do aeroporto e do complexo das Cataratas, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos. Além de toda a infraestrutura, o grande diferencial está no atendimento. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, sempre com um sorriso no rosto, dispostos a ajudar, conversar e compartilhar dicas sobre a cidade e os passeios da região. Foi uma estadia incrível e superou minhas expectativas. Recomendo e certamente me hospedaria novamente!

Tudo atendeu muito bem às expectativas. A única observação é que a academia poderia ser mais completa em termos de equipamentos e conservação, tendo em vista que é um resort bem estruturado.

O quarto que colocaram agente tinha uma porta fechada para outro quarto que fica do outro lado então não tinha isolamento acústico nenhum isso foi ruim pois a conversa do outro lado atrapalha muito

Voltarei sem dúvidas no verão, pq as piscinas são incríveis

A arrumadeira Geni foi um espetáculo, deixava tudo muito bem e deixava organizado, não esquecendo de deixar sempre uma lembrança delicada

Cons:

Talvez organizar os quartos de uma maneira onde famílias com crianças e pessoas que vai a viagem só para compras, fiquem em um andar específico … pq açodam muito cedo e fazem barulho

Minha experiência ficou abaixo do esperado. O hotel cobrou uma taxa de R$ 600,00 por apenas quatro dias para acomodar uma cachorra de pequeno porte (1,5 kg), valor que considerei excessivo e fora dos padrões diante da ausência de qualquer serviço ou estrutura diferenciada oferecida para o animal. Além disso, havia diversas regras e restrições relacionadas à hospedagem do pet, o que tornou a experiência pouco acolhedora.

Outro ponto negativo foi a condição da área onde fiquei hospedado. O local estava em obras, com barulho constante durante a estadia e muita sujeira nas áreas de circulação. A sensação era de que jogaram eu e meus pais e um local qualquer pois o ambiente não estava devidamente preparado para receber hóspedes, comprometendo o conforto e a tranquilidade esperados de uma hospedagem.

Bom resort, mas longe dos tops.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, perto das Cataratas e atrativos. Refeições boas e de qualidade.

Cons:

Muitas áreas cobertas, com poças de água da chuva. Na área de jogos, se tornou perigoso.
