Hotel muito confortável. Instações limpas e modernas. Tivemos um problema com nosso quarto que rapidamente resolvida pelo supervidor Jonathan. Café da manhã realmente excepcional. Fica bem próximo do aeroporto em uma área bem arborizada.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, la comida deliciosa, la atención excelente, el personal muy amable desde los chicos que te reciben en la recepción, los que reciben las maletas (botones), los que animan en especial Cacau, Formiga, Pikachu, los del bar de la piscina Liz, Karine, Kaio,Odair,Rafael, los chicos del restaurante principal (los venezolanos nos atendieron super bien) me gustó que el hotel queda cerca del aeropuerto, el ambiente es muy familiar y los empleados son muy amorosos y animados! Todos los días hay actividades que hacer. Muy feliz de haberlos elegido para mi estadía en Foz de Iguazú.

No geral a experiência foi bem positiva. As pessoas que nos atenderam foram atenciosas e educadas. Servem um bom café da manhã e têm uma excelente estrutura.

Cons:

Escolhi, de fato, a acomodação no prédio mais antigo, ciente de que estava escolhendo um quarto "mais barato", entretanto, embora o hotel não estivesse lotado, nos colocaram em um quarto ao lado de uma obra de renovação da estrutura. Entendo que as melhorias são necessárias, mas creio que as habitações mais próximas à obra, principalmente na baixa temporada, poderiam ficar fora de funcionamento. Nossa sorte é que o plano não era curtir o quarto e descansar, porque a barulhada começava cedo.

Not a great option in wintertime
Pros:

I liked the breakfast and staff hospitality. Also the premises and plenty of outdoor amenities.

Cons:

The hotel has no heating in common areas. The A/C in the room didn´t warm up.
The room was extremely humid, especially in the bathroom which also lacks an exhaust fan.
