Gutes Hotel - das aber dringend in die Lüftungsanlage (min. in unser Zimmern) investieren muss!!!
Pros:

Die Lage zum Rand der Altstadt / Innenstadt ist gut. Parken etc. war unproblematisch, da eine sehr große Tiefgarage vorhanden ist. Im Empfangsbereich, Barbereich und im Frühstücksbereich ist das Hotel gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer - so weit wussten wir, was uns erwartet - war o.k.!

Cons:

Mehr durch Zufall (statt einer bewussten Auskunft) erhielten wir beim Einchecken die Information, dass die Klimaanlage kaputt sei (wir waren Anfang August bei rund 32Grad Außentemperatur vor Ort). Wir hatten als Familie zwei DZ gebucht und wurden statt in der Nähe getrennt im 3ten und im 6ten Stock untergebracht. Voller Schreck fragten wir nach, ob die Zimmer zur Sonnenseite oder zur Schattenseite lägen - das "wusste" man nicht so genau... Wir haben also nachgeschaut - beide Zimmer lagen mit ihrer kompletten Glasfront voll zur Sonnenseite und statt einer Kühlung durch die Lüftung gab es nur einen ganz lauen Luftzug. Fenster zum Öffnen gibt es nicht. Erneut bei der Rezeption wurde die junge Dame erst etwas schnippisch - bot dann aber an, uns beim Übernachtungspreis einen Rabatt zu geben, da ihr die Alternativen für eine Umbuchung (andere Zimmer) fehlen würden.
Nach einer schlechten Nacht bei über 26 Grad im Zimmer - einer sehr lauten Lüftungsanlage, die aber kaum Luft verströmte - wurden wir nach einem Gespräch vom sehr freundlichen und bemühten Manager versöhnt, indem wir einen weiteren großen Nachlass bekamen!

Location of the hotel. Most site seeing points are walking distance. The view from hotel window is great. Breakfast is standard , nothing outstanding.

Appena arrivati in camera abbiamo aperto il bagno e si sentiva una forte puzza di fogna proveniente dallo scarico della doccia.
Ho fatto scorrere l'acqua e acceso l'aspiratore e la puzza si è tolta, ma comunque come prima impressione non piacevole

Cons:

El parking ha sido un poco caro, 25 euros por dia. Ademas no es comodo a la hora de bajar el equipaje, ya que esta en un edificio a parte y hay que caminar hasta el hotel.

Cons:

Air conditioning broken was told we could have a full refund if we didn't sleep well on check in. Staff the refused to honour the next morning and had to engage hotel manager to resolve.
Breakfast options very limited and not restocked.
