A very convenient hotel if you are using Terminal 3.
Pros:

The staff were friendly; in particular, they called me right away when I left something behind.

Cons:

It is about a 10-minute walk from T3 to the hotel, but when it is raining or I am carrying a large suitcase, it would have been convenient to have a shuttle bus available at a more suitable time. The morning departures were at 6:00, 7:30, and 9:00; ideally, I would have liked a bus at 6:30 or 7:00.

Hallway stinks bad and it goes inside the room. Had to request transfer of room but the 5the floor hallway we transferred to also had the same bad smell but not as bad as the 6th floor.

Pros:

location is great, staff are really helpful, beds are comfy

Cons:

hot water is a bit hit and miss in the bathroom. changes between hot and warm in a cycle when being used in the shower.
booked a king size bed 3 days before arrival, only to be told there was only twins available on arrival.
