Cons:

We encountered a few issues that impacted my experience. Upon checking in, I noticed an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the shower. The hallways leading to the rooms also appeared somewhat run down.

Excellent holidays
Pros:

If you are planning to go to Puerto Princesa, the Hibiscus Garden Hotel is the place to be. We expended there 3 amazing days, we enjoyed everything, great bedroom, testy food and better treatment. Specially Eina and Tin Tin. Thank you so so much for all, you made us feel at home.

Camera prenotata con vista aeroporto. All'arrivo mi e stata data la camera 238 con vista muro e con puzza di muffa. Il primo giorno niente acqua calda. Il secondo giorno salta la corrente. Mandano una persona a controllare se avevo inserito correttamente la carta nell'interruttore. Accertato che era un altro tipo di problema hanno mandato un tecnico che pensava non funzionasse la tv. Sistemato se ne va. Non va l'aria Condizionata. Ho provato a chiedere di parlare con un manager ma nulla da fare. Si sono rifiutati
Ho mandato un reclamo e non hanno risposto. Ho chiesto il rimborso per essere andato via il giorno prima e non hanno risposto. EVITATE!!!

Pros:

Hotel ia accessible and walking distance to Newport Mall. Breakfast buffet is superb. They offered vast food choices. Both Filipino (adobo, pancit, corned beef) and English breakfast. The staffs are all friendly and accomodating. They also have airport shuttle to NAIA terminal airport. Definitely will book again, once we go back in Manila.
