Die Lage war gut direkt an der Kirche

Cons:

Leider war der Pool noch geschlossen. Ich finde es muss auch bei der Buchung drinnen stehen das alles noch geschlossen ist und erst am 15 Juni öffnet. War schade.

Der Service im Restaurant und das Essen dort, sowie der Service der Dame an der Bar.

Cons:

Es roch nach Zigaretten im Zimmer, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, der Außenpool war außer Betrieb, und es gab keine Auswahl an warmen Speisen zum Frühstück

I was the spiritual guide of a recent pilgrimage to San Giovanni Rotondo in honor of Saint Padre Pio. The entire experience at Gran Paradiso was excellent. The rooms and service were very comfortable. I would like to especially give a “shout out” to the restaurant Maitre Luca. Luca and his staff provided us with excellent meals, service and a welcoming environment. Luca and his staff were very engaging and fun to be around. Thank you Luca and the entire staff at Gran Paradiso. Grazie tanto! Arrivaderci!

great experience overall
Pros:

Comparing to other same levels of hotels, rooms were spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was ok ( average), dinner was excellent ( they were able to accommodate vegetarian options)! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Went above and beyond!
Pros:

We were on a pilgrimage with 43 people and spent two nights in this hotel. Great experience! Our dining experience was the best. Pio was especially entertaining. The arrivederci cake at the end of the second dinner was an amazing and beautiful treat. Thank you!
