La gentilezza del personale, soprattutto dei ragazzi che si occupavano della ludoteca.

Per essere un 4stelle mi aspettavo una massima cura dei dettagli, il doccino era scomodissimo, in realtà era un tubo fisso alla parete, per chi ha dei bimbi era scomodissimo fare la doccia così

Il livello di pulizia è molto alto, la signora faceva il suo lavoro come si deve, molto accurata, precisa e veloce. Barista nel bar era molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio ampio, c'era sempre il posto.

La piscina: è troppo piccola per questa quantità del gente, l'acqua quasi non era trasparente siccome non la cambiano, ma caricano di cloro, aveva un odore forte di cloro.

Ein gelungener Urlaub um die heiligen Städte zu besuchen, rund um war eigentlich alles okay.

Uns hat eigentlich alles sehr gut gefallen, vom Personal über das Zimmer über den Pool über die Freundlichkeit der Menschen. Das Allerbeste war der kurze Weg, um Padre Pio zu besuchen.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen, nur der Service beim Frühstück war etwas überfordert, da viele Gäste da waren. Teils musste man etwas länger warten, bis nach gefüllt wurde, genauso nur eine Sorte Brot. Also Toastbrot finde ich auch nicht so gut, ein richtiges Brot wäre da auch mal schön gewesen für ein Viersternehotel. Des Weiteren waren wir fünf Nächte da und der Weg zur Toilette beim Pool wurde nie gereinigt, hat auch nicht schön ausgesehen, das kann man alles etwas besser pflegen! Aber wie gesagt, das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Posizionato a due passi dalle chiese di San Pio raggiungibili a piedi tranquillamente. Ampio posteggio

Cons:

Pulizia stanze, e specialmente il bagno, dopo che passavano le ragazze per le pulizie c'erano sempre peli a terra. Doccia piccolissima senza nemmeno il doccino e solo con un flusso d'acqua dall'alto.

Het stonk naar sigaretten in de kamer bij binnenkomst. De meeste personeelsleden spreken geen engels, maar de meeste doen wel moeite om je op weg te helpen. Het hotel is toe aan een opknapbeurt.
