Nice hotel but a little noisy.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza del Obradoiro. Había parking en los alrededores, en el campus universitario y era bastante barato.

Cons:

Instalaciones de los años 70, aunque limpias. En cuanto al personal, sólo se salvó,en cuanto a profesionalidad, el recepcionista del turno de tarde; el personal de restaurante necesita formación en el trato al público. Me cuesta hacer esta crítica (constructiva) pero era necesario.

O hotel é cheio de percevejos e agem com descaso.

O hotel tinha percevejos e eles se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro agindo com descaso.

Sou cliente do booking.com há muitos anos. Confio nas avaliações e acho isso ótimo no booking.com. Mas, dessa vez deu muito errado.
Fiz uma reclamação diretamente para o booking.com e não sabia que isso era possível. Foi o desespero! Mas, até então só pedii a devolução de 1 diária do quarto dos meus pais e eu ainda não sabia o que estava por vir.

Meus pais idosos ficaram em um quarto cheio de percevejos na cama, reclamaram, trocaram de quarto e este outro também cheio. 3:30h da madrugada disseram que não tinha outro quarto e eles ficaram sem quarto. No outro dia o quarto ficaria pronto somente a partir das 14h e meus pais exaustos de cansados, todos picados e minha mãe com enxaqueca. A recepção não vai com o cliente olhar o quarto para verificar a nossa reclamação. Eu acho isso estranho!

Pedimos a devolução dessa diária do quarto dos meus pais. S. Carlos que estava na recepção muito nervoso e tremendo disse que não devolveria. Culparam a gente, primeiro uma senhora da recepção nos perguntou se fizemos o caminho de Santiago, mas não tínhamos feito. Eles agem com descaso e nos humilhando. O mínimo é dignidade em um hotel que até então é 3 estrelas e preço elevado.

Preenchi uma folha do Holas reclamação turismo e o S. Carlos se recusou a assinar Iremos entregar on-line.

Bom, o quarto dos meus pais do outro dia também infestado de percevejos. E eu na 2° noite amanheci toda picada. Ainda bem que já estávamos indo embora e me deu muita coceira, alergia, inflamou e aqui no Brasil estou tratando. Todos sabem que em outro país as coisas são mais difíceis para resolver.

Vou procurar meus direitos daqui. Temos muitos vídeos dos percevejos andando nos lençóis das camas. Mas, não consegui colocar os vídeos por aqui. Coloquei aqui fotos para comprovar.

Isso tudo foi um tremendo pesadelo. Ainda estou me tratando.

Pleasant, but would I stay there again, probably not

The hotel is a short walk from the cathedral and in a quiet area. The room was small but comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

I do not like to complain about places, but we did not encounter one friendly person working at this hotel. In addition, the breakfast and coffee were terrible (the worst of our two week trip). There were also a lot of big groups coming to this hotel and the sound really carried. One evening there was a big group singing in the main foyer (adult / senior travellers) until almost midnight. While it was sweet to hear them enjoying themselves, the staff should have asked them to end their festivities earlier because even though I was on the second floor it sounded like they were just outside of my door...

Pros:

L'hotel est très bien adapté pour les marcheurs, les chambres sont très grandes, très propres, notamment la douche. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville. Le personnel est tès sympa et a accepté de garder nos sacs pour le dernier jour.
