A beautiful and stylish hotel in the perfect location for exploring Lviv.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Lviv on Rynok Square, with everything within walking distance. The hotel beautifully combines modern, stylish design with the charm of historic buildings. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the high-quality bathroom amenities and the overall attention to detail.

Cons:

The only small inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, but overall it did not affect our wonderful experience

Єдине, що дійсно сподобалося в цьому помешканні — це локація. На жаль, вважаю, що воно не відповідає своїй вартості. Ми оплатили номер категорії «де люкс», але отримали невеликий номер без дивану, хоча він був представлений на фото під час бронювання.

Номер був чистим, із приємними ароматними засобами, і це справді створювало гарне враження. Але за таку ціну очікуєш не лише чистоту, а й комфорт. Ліжко маленьке — більше підходить для того, щоб переночувати одну ніч.

Також замовляли каву з молоком, але її принесли без нього. Згодом ситуацію виправили та донесли вершки, однак момент, коли працівник прийшов із чеком, викликав певний дискомфорт — склалося відчуття, ніби наше прохання сприйняли як зайву примху, хоча це було звичайне уточнення замовлення.

Окремо здивувала система зі сніданком: ще ввечері потрібно визначити точний час подачі. Якщо зранку прокинувся пізніше або змінилися плани — можливості замовити чи скоригувати час уже немає. Для відпочинку це не дуже зручно.

Загалом, окрім розташування, очікування від проживання були значно вищими.

Місце, де відчувається, що про гостя дбають
Pros:

Чисто, затишно, все продумано до дрібниць. Окрема подяка за те, що в номері була і праска з дошкою і потужний гарний фен. Люксова косметика в душі. Штори, які не пропускають світло сприяли доброму сну. Є можливість замовити смачний сніданок в номер. Все сподобалось.

Все чудово.
Pros:

Дуже люблю цей готель, повертаємось сюди вдруге. Хоч локація в самому центрі, але в готелі завжди тихо і затишно, чисто і приємно. А ще, дуже класно, що можна жити разом зі своїми пухнастими друзями)

Пункт в описі про звукоізоляцію – брехня. Дуже шумно: чутно коли хтось ходить коридором і закриває двері, чутно якийсь насос майже цілодобово, чутно музику з вулиці. Якщо відкрити кутові вікна, вас видно з закладу на даху

Гарне розташування, чудовий інтер'єр, чисто, щодня прибирають. На 5 поверсі були вікна в стелі, не дуже зручно, бо важко до них дістати. Можливо, варто додати якийсь інструмент для регулювання жалюзів. А так все сподобалося, будемо лишатися тут ще!

Неймовірний досвід перебування в цьому готелі
Pros:

Дуже приємний та турботливий персонал. Залишали речі на рецепції, щоб з ними не гуляти після виселення. На кожному поверсі стоїть вода, є укриття, гарний ремонт. Номер чисти, охайний, приємний запах в середині.
Готель веревершив мої очікування. Залюбки зупинюсь наступного разу!
