Very pleased I chose this hotel. I would stay there again and I recommend.
Pros:

Great location - could not be better.

Cons:

Not really a criticism but my room was on the 5th floor and there is no lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Very disappointed with the hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel - the very heart of the city.

Cons:

Safe didn’t work. When the technician came to fix, he said the safe can’t be opened more than three times because the batteries are very low. The ironing board was broken, fell down on my legs…the ironing board was leaking all the time, rubbish bin in the bathroom didn’t open and was all in rust. The room was in front of the elevator and you can hear everything what is going on behind the door.

За потреби, я готова знову обирати цей готель.
Pros:

Легке заселення, чистота, хороше кондиціонування, наявність фену, праски, міні-бару, чиста постільна білизна, достатньо рушників, зручні зарядки для гаджетів, можливість відділити спальну зону. Розташування прямо у центрі.
При бронюванні уточнювала, що хочу, щоб вікна виходили не на трамваї. Трамваї було чутно, але ледь-ледь.
Номер був люкс.

Все було чудово . І розташування в самому серці площі ринок і персонал і номер,але …
Забралась у нас трошки простирадло і під ним на наматраснику була купа довгого жіночого чорного волосся ,я блондинка 🫠було не дуже приємно і це єдиний мінус який на мою думку адміністрація готелю легко позбавиться

Найкращий готель у Львові
Pros:

У Львові зупинялися вже багато разів, але цей готель прямо навпроти входу до Ратуші - мабуть, найкращий з усіх.
У номері є все необхідне - і трохи більше.
Окремо хочеться подякувати дівчині з рецепції - вона гостинно зустріла нас о першій годині ночі.
