Cons:

Попередньо домовились про індивідуальне раннє заселення, по приїзду нам відмовили у цьому. Працівник на рецепції пояснила, що вони позначили неправильну дату нашого заїзду. Нам запропонували почекати з 6 ранку до 12 дня. На щастя, о такій годині вдалося знайти інший готель та заселитися відразу

I stayed for a few nights it was very good, can't recommend anywhere else.
Pros:

Everything was very good, the rooms are very nice, i had the chance of booking different types of rooms and they are very high standard, location is the best you can get in Lviv, I highly recommend.

Cons:

Єдиний мінус, це дуже тяжкі двері які завжди голосно зачиняються. І якщо ти мешкаєш близько до сходів, то кожного разу ти або лякаєшся, або дуже звертаєш на це увагу

Best location, great staff and perfectly wonderful room.
Pros:

As a frequent traveler I liked everything, with one exception. The hotel has no elevator. However, the front desk arranged for my luggage to be brought to my 5th floor room. Thank you for that as it was a great convenience.

Cons:

Lack of the elevator.
