It’s out of my surprise to the check-in service of this five- star hotel, firstly we arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time. We were asked to wait for a bit. We had our big lunch and came back after 3:00 pm, we were told the room is still not ready, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes.

4 days celebration my wife’s 65th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. Both events made special by the hotel staff
Pros:

The suite was fantastic and the Hotel staff amazing we celebrated our Ruby wedding anniversary at the hotel restaurant. We were treated as special gusts by all the staff on the day of the anniversary. The meal was made special for us by the restaurant staff especially Andrew who looked after us and made our celebration very special.

Było ok, ale zbyt kosztownie. Bardzo drogi parking hotelu.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. We will certainly consider staying at the Ritz in the future.

Delicious breakfast and timing.
Special thanks to the Reception desk, the concierge and breakfast teams; they were very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated a lot their tips and guidance for our visit to Vienna.
