Great place to sleep close to derry in the natural Ireland
Pros:

Great hotel alternative to avoid sleeping in Derry, this hotel is close to ancient castle and the lake and has great service , breakfast is served inside ancient church. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Good pub in the hotel, with good quality food at reasonable prices.
Good vibe around the place.
Excellent breakfast choice in an amazing restaurant.

Cons:

The strips at the bottom of screen for the in bath shower was in serious need of replacing. A very easy fix.
Couldn't say another bad word about the hotel.

Bar, food, staff all top quality, fix the breakfast coffee!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Wi-fi ok. Good bar staff. Food (dinner) very good quality.

Cons:

Fixed shower head only worked - hand held shower head didn't, maybe just unlucky in my room..No bottled water in rooms. Breakfast options were fairly basic, but sufficient, yet the coffee was undrinkable - order tea and get a coffee elsewhere..
