The bedding and mattresses were very clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. The floors in the room were absolutely filthy- I think they need a new vacuum. Quite run-down (peeling ceilings, worn furniture etc. ) I would expect a lower rate for the quality and upkeep being so low, or a more kept-up hotel. The staff were phenomenal though.
Cancelled room and havent gotten a refund for 2 nights. Never booking through Booking com againSmoking room couldnt even breathe as I have active cancer. Pictures of a pile of bugs on bed.

The breakfast was adequate. Ice machine worked well
Bed worn out, tilted from foot to head, musty smell, bathroom sink was plugged. Deadbolt lock wouldn't work. Pool had been drained and used as storage.
The breakfast was good, I appreciate the gluten free bread
Website is confusing, made it seem like my room wouldn't have a shower.
Also no mention that the pool was out of order. It's been years, take it off the menu.

Getting a full refund
Horrible, complacent counter staff at check in. Dirty room, dirty bathroom. Crumbs in an unchanged bed.
After a painful check in and the hotel giving our initial room away they hesitantly gave is the unused suite in the hotel after they had to mad clean it but gave it to is at no extra cost with an extra night for free. They were good at making things right.
