Good and comfy
Pros:

Just spent a night while passing through. The room was clean and comfortable. No vent in the bathroom so it got steamy but didn't bother me. Nice lobby area.

Pros:

Breakfast was good . Staff taking care of area worked really hard to take care of everything.

Cons:

Racist staff. After I checked my wife a woman of color was confronted at the elevator with our daughter and said she couldn’t be here. I told the staff I checked in for two adults and a child . She went and checked the computer and said I’m sorry I was thinking she was this other black lady who keeps trying to sneak in here. Those actions and comments ruined our stay.

Pros:

Someone should've warned us about the mayfly infestation.

Cons:

Two major things first off we got in at 4 AM and the only place to park was in the back of the parking lot where there were a significant number of shady characters just sitting in their cars back there so we felt really uncomfortable. Second someone should've warned us about the mayfly infestation where exiting your car meant being swarmed by billions of bugs. And billions of bugs covering the hotel the doorway the entrances the parking lot the cars the building literally everything covered in billions of flying insects. Well yes they are harmless the last thing my wife and kids wanted to do was run through a gauntlet of bugs just to get into the hotel and also not knowing if they would make their way into the hotel or our luggage or our vehicle.

Very disappointed. Property not kept clean.
Pros:

The breakfast area was clean and well maintained

Our floor was sticky and the floors within the hotel are not maintained.
