Holiday Inn Express Toledo North by IHG

They had a lot of construction workers staying there.

No cleaning.

Really can't think of anything.

Snídaně velice chudá oproti Evropským standardům.
Absolutně žádná zelenina a nádobí pouze papír a plast což bylo pro mě celkem zklamáním. Už jsem v minulosti byla v Holiday inn hotelích , ale tento měl snídani zaručeně nejhorší.

The fitness center is way to small.

Hotel equipment did not work well. The check-in clerk was apologetic and friendly but had to reboot his equipment multiple times and then take his card reader to another computer to get me checked in When we went to our assigned room the door was ajar and one of the beds had been used. The check-in clerk was on the same floor we were assigned moving a refrigerator out of another room. We had to go back to the lobby and he checked us in to another room on the same floor we just left. This room was rather poorly lighted but acceptable

bed sheets were stained, bath towels were missing, breakfast worker distracted on the phone for 15 minutes, extra space in room looked as if a table was missing, there was a dip in the room flooring- could have fallen, toilet tank throttled when flushed

Only one person on the desk so checking in was a little slow.

When I booked this hotel, I knew that I would be checking in late, due to the fact that I would be driving from Buffalo New York to Toledo after work, which is about five hours, they said that the check-in time cuts off at 1 AM which was perfect because I was probably gonna get there around 11 to 12. Anyways, after a long day of traveling, we finally made it to the hotel around midnight. Now I booked this reservation through booking.com about a week prior I would say .. when I arrived at check-in the lady who was at the front desk was very rude and she proceeds to say “ we don’t have any more rooms” which I followed by saying oh that’s OK. I have a reservation though thinking that maybe she thought I was coming in randomly and not someone who prepaid for a room.. she said no you’re not understanding we’re booked out. We don’t have rooms for you. The one room we do have is under maintenance. We sold your room. Which I’m absolutely shook because I just drove five hours now. I need to figure out where I can spend the rest of the night so I can get back on the road tomorrow. So annoyed I say OK can I just get a refund? And she basically said no I can’t because I used booking.com. I have yet to get my refund and this is at the end of July.
