Clean rooms and a good location, a little worn and overpriced.
Pros:

Convenient to Frederick, clean rooms, nice to have a kitchen.

Cons:

Seems a little worn down for a newer build, carpet was coming up outside our room. Breakfast was not well-stocked. Ran out of coffee despite having two carafes (one at front desk and one in breakfast area) taking over 15 minutes to restock. Maybe have the front desk person communicate with the breakfast person so they can keep a rotation going of the coffee? It’s the most important part of breakfast 🙂

Very nice. Quiet like we asked for at the end of the top floor.
Pros:

Very good. Lots of choices.

Cons:

The bathroom vanity was very small for two people. Liked the shower. I believe there are fleas in the sofa. I was sitting on it quite a bit and have bites. If not there then there are bedbugs.

Great place to stay for the price
Pros:

The room layout was very nice the amenities and breakfast was excellent, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The shower head needed cleaned or replaced due to hard water build up the outside door handle of the room didn't work correctly. You had to move it back to the neutral position before trying to open the door. The pool was nice and clean but the temp was a little cold for a indoor pool.

Good room for a good value
Pros:

Room was very clean and spacious with a small kitchen if needed. Value was very good, decent price with many amenities in the room and hotel itself.

Cons:

Just a couple minor things like no bathroom fan. TV in a strange location off to the side of the bed instead of in front of the bed.

Insufficient heat, purposely limited
Pros:

The wall units that provide heat in rooms automatically shut off when the rooms reach around 55-60 degrees as a cost saving measure. It is not possible for guests to set thermostat in such a way to keep the heat on continuously. The thermostats allow guests to set them as high as 75 degrees but the heating units still shut off once the room warms to about 55-60 degrees and only comes back on when the temperature is below that.

Incredible staff, value great, would definitely recommend and come back.
Pros:

Amazingly close to amenities, restaurants, clean and welcoming, incredible for price

Cons:

There were minor stickiness on kitchen cabinet handles but honestly it was spotless otherwise. We didn’t use the kitchen so it wasn’t an issue.
