My room was assigned near the elevator and an outdoor smoking area. I did not expect cigarette smoke to enter the room through the air-conditioning system, especially since the room was supposed to be in a non-smoking environment.
This was both unpleasant and concerning, as I expected the room to provide a clean and smoke-free environment. I would appreciate an explanation of how this could happen and what measures can be taken to prevent it from recurring. I also hope the hotel can offer a more suitable room away from the smoking area.
Great location- 1 stop on MTR from airport - comfortable room - lovely pool. Were able to use pool and shower facilities after checking out before heading to a late flight. Mall next door has lots of dining options.
It was one train stop from the airport. The station was a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and you could go straight to the airport or into the city centre. There is a very big shopping centre at the hotel doors plus restaurants and bars.
