住到一半停电、停了好久，房间很热。
Easy access, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff
We found our room to smell musty (tenth floor no opening windows). BUT Manager was super helpful and quickly changed us to a different room.
Close to the airport
We had to change rooms as it smelled damp, we moved again and problem persisted.

Very close to airport (1 subway station) and therefore very convenient for flight connection.

I do not recommend Breakfast, too expensive for value, room is dull, service not pleasant, limited choice.
I have been a returning guest to this hotel.
My last trip, during check out a staff literary walk towards me and just treat me as invisible and greeted the customer behind me, another staff from the counter notice me and had to highlight to the guy that I was here first. Perhaps I dress casual vs the lady behind me seem dress up elegantly.....
The location in relation to the airport and the MRT. Also the local restaurants and shopping is excellent.
The room had some electrical problems including the mail lights just coming on mysteriously during the night. Also I was using some international plugs for usb charging which worked fine on the first night but by the second night was no longer working and it appears that a fuse has blown in the international plug.
How convenient it is from the MRT and Shopping Centre (after some searching and finding it!) It was also so comfortable, I’m not sure if I was just tired but I slept soundly like a log and I can’t say the same for the other accommodations I’ve been to!
I could honestly see myself staying here knowing how to navigate getting here from the MRT Station. More signage and visibility from the other MRT line thru to the shopping centre would be much more appreciated.
