Not really close to airport. Had requested very much in advance for rooms close to each other. We got them in different floors!
The location to the airport was great, only 1 train stop away.

Easy access to Changi Airport (1 stop on MRT). Close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Comfortable room.
Outstanding hotel. Location is excellent as it is close to train station (excellent rail system), airport, shops and restaurants. Room is comfortable, modern and clean. Staff friendly. Pool is lovely. The air conditioning works very well.

Easy overnighter for proximity to SIN airport. Location and nearby facilities suited our flight needs. Perfect ability to go for a walk to stretch the legs or pop into the shops for a bite to eat / buy some necessities. Gym adequate, pool accommodating for a layover as well. 👍
The front desk named Putra asked if we booked for a twin bed or a double bed for a start. I told him the one that we booked in booking.com app was a Superior room and we indicated a double bed. We did not like how he looked surprised and asked us again if I made a mistake saying a double bed. I told him that we are a couple (lgbt couple) and been married in Australia.
He responded that there were no available Superior room and it is subject to availability. Instead, he put us in a twin room and confidently saying that he upgraded us for a compensation and it is much bigger compared to the room we booked.
I told him that although we appreciated that we were upgraded to a bigger room but our preference were not followed. It was also not indicated on the app that the Superior room double was subject to availability. We booked the room on May which gave them enough time to give us the room we want.
I told and showed Putra my booking on the app however he did not let me finished explaining and cut off the conversation just to end it. He did not make an effort to look at the app and no apologies was made as well for the inconvenience. He did not even ask us if it was okay for us to be changed to a twin room. He just immediately assigned us. No questions asked.
Meanwhile, the male guest behind us talked to another older staff that was opening the door and that staff immediately talked to Putra and asked if the Superior room is available and Putra said it is ready.
I was surprised as Putra said there was no available superiror room as it is subject to availability.
If the male guest behind us booked the superior room in advance, what is the difference in our situation that we booked as well in advance (as I said I booked the room on May 2026)
Base on our experience, Putra is not friendly, not welcoming, and did not even ask us if it is okay to assign us in a twin room instead of a Superior room.
Professional staff, multiple elevators, fairly sized rooms, good beddings/pillows and spacious shower
Rooms are equipped with a sink with drinking water tap - mine was barely working so getting a single glass would take over a minute...
This hotel is located next to an outlet mall which has a halal food court - perfect for Muslim travelers. It's located near to Changi Airport. We stayed here to visit some family members who live in Tampines so this was a good base for us.

AC broken in our room. Engineer couldn't fix it so we were told we would have to move rooms to get a working unit.
Sauna and steam room not working despite being advertised.
