L’accueil
On avait 2 réservation et l’accueil a mis beaucoup de temps à retrouver la 2e réservation en nous faisant douter
Beautiful hotel , clean and comfortable. Beds and bathroom where perfect. Love the Elemis toiletries. Shower was also perfect, not to metion the art work . Lots of great art work. Next to the hote walking distance is a huge mall with great selection of food and clothes shopping.
Everything was perfect
The location of the hotel is good in that there is quick and easy access to the Mall and the railway station.
When the hotel was run by the Fraser Group and called the Capri it was very good and somewhere we stayed on a number of occasions. It is currently not of the same standard, however, and appears to cater more for Asians than for Europeans, if the breakfast options are anything to go by. Our room was also not as large as the room we thought we had booked and as the picture in our booking showed. When we enquired about this, we were told that the picture on booking.com was not correct and was for the 'Splash' room and not the 'Deluxe' room. We were given 2 free breakfasts as compensation, but would not choose this hotel on any future trip via Singapore.
