Cons:

Frukost personalen sa aldrig hej eller godmorgon utan hon var upptagen med att sitta i soffan med hennes telefon.

Inget varm vatten i duschen och dålig hjälp från personalen.
Lös sittande eluttag på väggen.
Trasig handtag till fönstret.
Ingen shampoo eller conditioner i badrummet. Endast tvål.
Usel kontakt och hotellet svarar inte på mejl.

Short stay in Andenes
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable beds, very good breakfast (c/o Thon Hotel)

Cons:

There Is no longer a reception @ Hotel Marena, you have to collect the keys @ Thon Hotel, 600 MT far.
Hall and ground floor windows are dirty, TV in the room was not working.

Pas d'eau chaude et aucune solution
Cons:

Qu'il n'y ait pas d'eau chaude et que le personnel ne nous prévienne pas.... Nous l'avons découvert à nos dépends à 23h en rentrant d'excursion... Qu'après avoir contacté le personnel celui-ci nous a indiqué qu'il n'avait aucune solution et ne savait pas quand la réparation serait effectuée. Que le lendemain aucune nouvelle du personnel et que finalement ce soit seulement car nous souhaitions anticiper notre départ qu'ils nous ont proposé un éventuel changement dans un autre hôtel.... Et pas de solution de remboursement

Great location and view of the Lighthouse from the room window.

Cons:

The room was very dusty and the floor was not cleaned when we came in. Small stones and sand were on the floor.
