A lovely hotel in a great location with fantastic staff
Pros:

The location is superb- very close to the Royal Palace and the river. The hotel is lovely inside- the entrance and foyer are beautiful.. I had a room with a balcony facing the front. The room was lovely- 4 poster bed. Everything was pristine. All staff were superb- polite and very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is great especially as the sun is setting

Fabulous old world charm
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.

A big highlight was the rooftop pool and restaurant with the spectacular palace and river views. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection especially for vegetarians. We loved the old world charm, with antiques on display throughout the hotel, and the location was excellent. Mr Sothy was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful making our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

Given the location, it was a little noisy at night on the weekends but we could still easily sleep. The buffet breakfast would have been better with clearer labeling.

Pros:

Nice breakfast/roof bar and pool. Friendly staff. Good location.

Cons:

The pillows were very big and hard and I couldn’t sleep on them, just had to sleep without them. We had booked a superior room but were initially given a tiny room with no room for luggage. The next room they offered us smelled of fresh paint. The third room was finally acceptable.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quite affordable.
Pros:

Location is strategic to the city center and the rooftop view is top notch!

Cons:

Old buildings and you will notice some cracks appear at the walls.

Good location without doubt
Pros:

Having stayed here before I was interested to see if any change. On the plus side check in was quick. Breakfast was as dire as ever. Curiously the staff come across as friendly but do nothing to actually help. They see you waiting for a taxi but do not offer to carry your bag or say goodbye. Very odd.

Cons:

The pool area is nice but like a furnace with minimal shade, a few more trees would help a lot. Leafy trees in big pots would make a big difference.

Cons:

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la chambre.
Nous avons réservé une chambre supérieur de 30m2, la chambre en faisait 20m2 (chambre standard) pareil pour la piscine. Pour le même prix il y a de meilleures hôtel. Nous avons envoyé un message privé, nous n’avons pas eu de réponse, le personnel nous a dit que les deux chambres étaient les même mais une avait la vue et l’autre pas. Dans le descriptif ce n’est pas ce qui est indiqué. De quelle vue parle t’on??
C’est clairement de la publicité mensongère.
Le jus d’orange est chimique et le café imbuvable. Honteux pour un hôtel soit disant 4*

Loved the staff, charm of the place, close to everything. Happy with my choice, stayed 5 nights.
Pros:

It was a friendly hotel, with all the things I liked, breakfast included, roof pool, skybar. It has a certain charm about it. Room was ideal for me as a solo traveler. I liked the decor.

Cons:

Some parts could use a lick of paint and varnish. My AC didn't feel powerful enough so I got a fan. The breakfast was fine but not amazing. Nonetheless I had ate there each morning and no major complaints
