Check in was ok, friendly staff
Communal areas , hallways, and stairs were filthy and dirty, stained carpets, dust and dirt.
Room floor and bathroom floor also not clean. Air con blew hot air and kept stopping.
I ordered a club sandwich on roof top bar, which was deserted, worst dry club sandwich ever, should have gone out for food.
Basin in bathroom was Painted with red paint which was chipped.
Avoid this hotel, very disappointing, there are many others at this price which are cleaner and better.
Stayed for 5 nights in total to and from Siem Reap and the location was excellent for the main attractions and also the staff especially Mr Sothy was extremely helpful, kind and provided excellent hospitality and services

This is our 3rd visit to Phnom Penh and our favourite hotel.
The location is great. Directly within the weekend street market and walking distance to a lot of attractions or a short ride away.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room is comfortable and clean.
Good buffet breakfast with a lot of options.
Fantastic rooftop restaurant bar and pool with the spectacular views of the palace and river.

The pool was great although it could do with a bit of maintenance. The location was prefect.
The balcony attached to our room was unusable. It was filthy and the outdoor bath looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The chairs on the balcony were also not suitable for sitting in.

We were a group of 22 people and stayed at this hotel for one night. It is a very basic hotel with limited facilities. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bed linen and towels were of good quality.
However, there were several drawbacks. The breakfast was quite disappointing, with almost no options for Indian vegetarians apart from some fruits. The drinking water provided in the rooms did not seem suitable, and we preferred not to use it. There were no slippers provided in the rooms, and the in-room safe was not working during our stay.
The hotel is located on a main street, which makes commuting convenient, but overall the property offers only basic amenities. It may be suitable for a short stay if you’re simply looking for a clean room, but don’t expect many facilities or a varied breakfast.

The location was excellent, just meters away from the Royal Palace, National Museum, the riverside, bars and restaurants, a 7-eleven right at the corner. There's a restaurant and rooftop with live music at night. Shout out to the staff, they were amazing, everyone (reception, bar, spa, everyone). Breakfast is good. I would stay with them again million times.
