L accueil médiocre ,pas d aide pour les bagages,rooftop complètement HS ,peinture, caillebotis,véranda ,piscine ne vous fiez pas aux photos,les chambres propre,pas de chaîne cablé,en panne d après la réception, lié à des travaux extérieurs,je les cherches encore (faux j ai demandé au conçurent dans la même rue ,ras.c est pas important),lampe de chevet HS,fils dénudé dangereux.Baignoire se vide en retirant le bouchon car mécanisme en panne,la salle de bain est dans la chambre donc ne vous fiez pas a la superficie c'est pas 30 c est 24m2 quand le frigo dans la nuit ,il y a des étincelles a l AR lors du redémarrage au niveau de la prise ,quand on regarde les étage inférieurs les stores sont déchirés .Hotel ancien mais limite en terme d entretien le stricte minimum,je vous invite à regarder les photos des étiquettes du petit déjeuner ,et surtout le beurre fondu et recongeler ensuite ,je n' y est pas touché,le lendemain le même qui nageait dans des glaçons mais trop tard mais ils avaient laissé les même s mais une fois décongelé du beurre c est foutu j ai oublié de leur en dire en partant ,j ai vu des commentaires élogieux,je n 'était pas dans le même hôtel sans doute ,râleur non ,nous avons fais 6 hotels lors de notre séjours et ce n' est pas une question de prix 40 euros en moyenne ,et on a eu mieux ...mais c est la capital ...sans doute ,les photos par contre ne corresponde pas a la réalité actuelle,j essaye d être juste ,petit déjeuner tres moyen voir inquiétant.l expérience est pas terrible.

Historic charming hotel with water leakage issues

Location was excellent . It was close to sightseeing places.

Cons:

We had a water leak & it quickly flooded the room in the middle of the night. The gushing water from the bathroom woke me up & my quick action resulted in moving to another room on the same floor. This new room bathroom had water leakage issues

A fantastic location right near the Royal Palace with great staff and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The location was amazing, and the top-floor restaurant was great. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly indeed.

Cons:

Air conditioning in my room was either blowing too cold or not cold enough. quite erratic.
