Disappointed there was no coat rack and hangers for our clothes. No extra easy chair.

The hotel got the job done for one night but wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

We were just passing through on our way home to AB from Washington State. We needed a dog friendly room for our small pup. Location was good as we wanted to get an early start this morning.

Cons:

Zero “curb appeal”, welcome mats in the lobby were dirty, hallway walls on the 2nd floor were all scuffed up. Our room was “okay” but the furniture was super old and all scratched, TV worked intermittently, only paper coffee cups to drink from, no plastic or glass cups in the bathroom. Kind of disappointing to be honest .

Staff was friendly

Cons:

We did not feel safe sleeping at this property. I was a female traveler with her daughter we were put in a room directly across from the back of the gas station. There were 4 unhoused people using the space between the hotel and gas station to do drugs the whole time we were at the hotel. I was up all night worrying.
There was also very loud ‘grown up’ activities going on in one of the rooms. There was screaming and moaning and slapping noises that my child cannot unhear.
The room had a mysterious wet patch on the carpet and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at some point.
Overall the experience felt seedy and stressful. Not what I was looking for after a long drive. I would not stay here again.
