Pros:

Staff went an extra mile to assist in all our reasonable requirements. Rooms were neat and linen were neat. The electric blankets were a plus to this chilly weather.

They forgot about our breakfast on sunday morning ..and they had it marked as recieved from their side .. so we had to go downstais and enquire

The location is great and near all amenities.
The staff is friendly when caught at the right time.
A special thanks to the vegetarian lady that so kindly spent her free time with my daughter because mom was stuck inside with a cranky teething babywhile cooking at the same time

Cons:

Cleanliness is a priority for them in certain areas which leaves the other areas to be forgotten

Room service as advertised is non existent almost as after 3 requests in 2 days for clean sheets because my daughter vomited on hers, by the time we checked out on the 3rd day we still didnt receive them so i ended up making the beds without clean linen

Cleaning of the rooms during a stay is also non existent and seems to fall on the occupants as expectation

I was able to swop my shower room for room with a bath[THANK YOU] because with 2 small kids pouring a bath vs a shower is much more convenient, however we hardly ever had hot water when it was bath time because apparently the geyser was not switched on in time. Its erily inconvenient to expect your guests to wait half an hour for hot water, which btw is not hot if the temperature after an hour is still luke warm, considering the request was made already an hour after 6 meaning bath time is an hour llate

Cons:

The coffee cups need to be washed and black stains removed inside, the bathroom doesn't smell pleasant, a room fresher would do. The kettle needs to be shined & clean scrub. There was only 1 toilet paper in a 4 sleeper apartment. they have a 2 seater couch in a 4 sleeper apartment? So the other 2 must sit on the floor? The apartment entire apartment didn't have a pleasant smell at all. There was no coffee sachet. We slept with a blind that was broken and anyone passing could see through....... Please take the couch in room 104 for a wash ....it's disgustingly dirty.
